Central outer retinal layer thickness significantly predicted the cone threshold (β = −0.011, P = 0.009) and rod threshold (β = −0.014, P = 0.004), as did age for the rod threshold (β = 0.019, P = 0.030), but was only near significance for cone threshold (β = 0.015, P = 0.06).

Moreover, flexion/extension amplitude also exhibited a p -value near significance ( p = 0.06) in the pre- and post-treatment comparison conducted before the fatigue exercise. 4.

In line, metabolomics showed near significance of reduced levels of tyrosine (l2fc = −0.47, adjusted p-value = 0.06), suggesting an active tyrosine catabolism.

Significant differences were also found comparing relative HGS to SAD but not OLD, which was near significance ( p -value < 0.06) in Fig. 4 .

The increased spleen masses were statistically significant (n=3; p=0.009) whereas increases in length were near significance (n=3; p=0.060).

16 , 28 , 36 , 49 , 52 Patient-Reported Outcome Measures Comparing preoperative baseline PROM and VAS pain scores between cohorts revealed no significant differences; however, HOS-ADL and HOS-SS trended toward near significance ( P = .066) ( Table 3 ).

Although the differences were not statistically significant with the excluded covariates, with a p -value near significance ( p = 0.066041), the results should be taken as (conditionally) valid.

3.5 Reaction Times Mean reaction times did not correlate with our self-report questionnaires scores (all p > 0.220), apart from a near significance negative correlation between GAD-7 scores and mean reaction times in mixed gamble trials in which participants decided not to gamble ( r 115 = –0.171, p = 0.067, BF 10 = 0.607).

For PDX, there was no significant correlation of success with these three variables, but viable cell count showed near significance ( p = 0.07).
