The ethanol × CORT interaction nearly achieved significance, F (1, 35) = 3.800, p = 0.0593, and post-hoc analyses indicated that the 25 μg/mL CORT group had a peak change in temperature that was significantly lower than all other groups ( Fig. 5K ).

From a statistical point of view, this finding nearly achieved significance, whereas, from a critical point of view, it was considered to be due to chance.

The fact that the use of ADT nearly achieved significance indicates this prolonged neoadjuvant ADT approach may be prudent to mitigate fiducial tracking fidelity issues.
