Regarding the untreated object naming task, the atDCS-Lang group ( P = 0.025, β = +12) and the atDCS-Cog group ( P = 0.058, β = +10.2) exhibited significant and nearly significant improvements, respectively, from T0 to T1 compared with the ptDCS-Lang group, thus suggesting an effect of anodal tDCS on untreated object naming ability (see Fig. 4 ).
Among the correlations of gene expression levels with APOBEC-like motif counts and measures of kataegis, significant or nearly significant correlations were observed for UNG expression with kataegis measures ( ρ between − 0.81 and − 0.80, 0.039 ≤ p adj ≤ 0.063, n = 17, N tests = 475) of the T(C>D)D motif in melanoma, and for APOBEC3A expression with motif counts and kataegis measures in renal cell carcinoma ( ρ between 0.93 and 0.98, 0.008 ≤ p adj ≤ 0.087 with n = 8 and N tests = 510 for the T(C>D)R and T(C>D)D motifs; data not shown).
Because the difference between Hispanic and non-Hispanic White caregivers was nearly significant in the base model while only small differences were apparent when inspecting responses across groups (Figs. 1 and 29% participation among Hispanic caregivers and 34% among non-Hispanic White caregivers), a single predictor model was examined in which the contrast between Hispanic and non-Hispanic White caregivers (OR = 0.77, p = 0.42), and the contrast between non-Hispanic Black and non-Hispanic White caregivers (OR = 1.22, p = 0.45) were not significant.
In this analysis, we saw an additional negative correlation of age with distance (decreased distance with increasing age in young adults) during unconstrained moments of conversation ( p ∼ 0.033) and between trials ( p ∼ 0.005), which was also nearly significant ( p ∼ 0.055) during conversation in the full correlations.
clearly indicated that reduction in TV watching among 7–11-year-old girls may help to reduce their risk of weight gain during late childhood.[ 30 ] In addition, there was no significant relation between daily sleep duration and obesity, but the mean and standard deviation of nightly sleep duration in the control group were more than in the overweight/obese group and the difference between groups was nearly significant.

22 % children from non-tribal and 28 % children from tribal communities had Z-score of less than -3SD, implying that the odds of a tribal child being severely underweight was 24 % higher than a non-tribal child (OR 1.24, 90 % CI 0.93–1.66) nearly significant at 90 % confidence level (Fig. 3 ).
Based on the mixed results across divergent marker classes, along with the weak, albeit significant and nearly significant, spatial differentiation obtained with microsatellite markers (varied by analysis method), Graves and McDowell [ 23 ] recommended continued management of white marlin as a single, Atlantic-wide stock.
This is consistent with the nearly significant inverse association observed between allostatic load in the PS2 ALM and total cholesterol, and supports our use of a 2-tailed quartile for total cholesterol even though results were similar when a 1-tailed quartile was used for comparison with most of the studies in humans (see Supplemental Material ).
