Multiple systematic reviews looking at the benefit of PRP in fracture healing have reached the similar conclusion that PRP may have a clinical role to play in the management of acute and delayed fracture healing; however, results are not yet significant. 28 – 30 This is largely due to the heterogeneity in the study protocols, the techniques of PRP harvest and application, and postoperative evaluation of outcomes.
The results of the study show that agricultural companies can significantly influence the resource allocation mode of small farmers and help small farmers connect to modern agricultural production by expanding the cultivation area, improving the mechanization level, and upgrading the specialized planting structure and technology level; however, the influence on the greening production of small farmers is not yet significant.
However, after January eruptions, this bridge from the Pacific to the Atlantic does not form because the Pacific El Niño is not yet significant.
Using an antibody against γ2 to pull down all γ2-containing GABA A Rs (including those with α5βxγ2 subtypes), we discovered a potential, although not yet significant decrease in the total amount of hippocampal α5 subunits purified by their association with γ2.
At this density, the majority of proteins are already overabundant in the XUR (53%), although this is not yet significant for 7 of 15 of the proteins detected within the region, and only at this point was the mannose-6-phosphate isomerase ManA (GMCHHGAN_003838) detected and found to be significantly overabundant.
Cisplatin showed a cytotoxic effect on MSCs at 100 μM, with a sub-toxic concentration range up to 20 μM, although from >10 μM a not yet significant reduction trend in viability was observed ( Figure 1 ).
PD-L1 inhibitors block only PD-L1, preserving PD-L2 binding to PD-1 (PD-L2 is expressed in some normal tissues), which may theoretically reduce some side effects, but the clinical differences are not yet significant.
For the 1-year bare soil though mean C content was reduced compared to both grassland treatments, this was not yet significant (3.11%, SD = 0.32%).
7 B) further illustrated that while crusting began on day 4, collagen and muscle fiber proliferation was not yet significant.
However, when demand is high and the allocated resources are insufficient to cover it, the SGNC continues to allocate additional resources because the excess resource levels are not yet significant.
However, this gender difference is not yet significant.
TREM2 deficiency is also harmful in brain regions where pathology is not yet significant.
Older adults identified as at risk of malnutrition using the MNA usually present low caloric and protein intake along with low nutrient intake, but not yet significant weight loss or decreased plasma albumin ( 12 ).
95 Meanwhile, treatment of SMMC-7721 hepatocarcinoma with TiO 2 NPs alone showed a slight, not yet significant, increase in caspase 3 protein expression. 95 Our findings agree with the results of the apoptosis and cell cycle assays above, which showed that TiO 2 NPs induce mitochondrial-mediated apoptotic cytolysis.
For example, increases in NO, VEGF, and Flt‐1 can be seen but are not yet significant compared to controls; the interpretation that emerges is the need for a duration of >8 weeks so that VEGF expression is not only attached to the endothelium but produces a more pronounced angiogenic effect (Esfahanni et al., 2014 ).
However, the fasting glucose/fasting insulin ratio and adiponectin show a more promising response, although not yet significant.
In contrast, transient measurements capture the intrinsic kinetics of the initial electron transfer step, where intermediate accumulation is not yet significant, thus reflecting the theoretical kinetics more accurately.
Moreover, the same data suggest a potential, although not yet significant, reduction in mortality when irrigation drainages were applied in this group of patients.
Our analysis was performed at 38 h post-treatment (hpt), a time point situated between 1 dpt—when hair cell numbers between genotypes are not yet significantly different—and 2 dpt—when regeneration is typically completed in wild-type ( Figure 5 H).
The results indicated that the impacts of polycentric characteristics on carbon emissions are not yet significant, concentration and accessibility have a positive impact on carbon emissions, and spatial compactness has a negative impact on carbon emissions.
Although the overall effect of ABM in the intervention of addictive behaviors is not yet significant, its potential value still attracts extensive attention from the academic community, and a large number of studies continue to explore its mechanism of action and optimization paths.
To our surprise, at P7 – a time when neurogenesis and astrocyte migration to the retina is complete, and the reduction in the number of RGCs in the CKO is not yet significant – we observed robust anti‐GFAP staining along with an irregular or “crowded” and hypertrophic appearance of astrocytes in the CKO compared to the control (Figure 4a,b ).
