Correlating these engraftment kinetics with BALF turbidity as a critical marker of disease severity ( Figure 6C and D ), the occurrence of the Siglec-F + CD11c-“AM progenitor-like” population two weeks after HSCT was associated with a small, though not yet significant, improvement.

One example is the immediate rise of muscle insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) mRNA after an exercise bout and the significant rise of peripheral blood IGF-1 protein levels after 24 h (not yet significant after 2 h) post exercise, which was gone after 48 h [ 75 ].
At week 16, engagement was not yet significant as a predictor of weight (baseline vs week 16: β =–.13, 95% CI –0.27 to 0.00); at week 52, engagement was a significant predictor of weight such that as engagement increased by 1 composite score, weight decreased by 0.44 kg (baseline vs week 52: β =–.44, 95% CI –0.74 to –0.14; Figure 3 ).
However, the reality is that there are not yet significant movements or relevant studies about internal SR in the public sector in general, and there are a lack of studies about the internal side of SR in local governments.
Also, the differences among u-UB levels with respect to the home smoking policy were slightly greater than in summer, even if not yet significant.
Although the differences were not yet significant, a partial recovery trend also might appear in the impaired maximum capacity of the mitochondrial electron delivery system.
We found P400 amplitude effects for the third stimulus pair and observed in Fig 11 a weak but not yet significant tendency for a P200 amplitude difference with this third stimulus pair.
At this time point, the organoid proliferation defect is not yet significant ( Fig. 3, A and F ) and, therefore, this analysis could enable the identification of pathways that are potentially the cause, rather than the consequence, of the impaired proliferation phenotype.
Note that too short injections will be ineffective, because Ab concentrations are still low and interference effect is not yet significant; instead, sustained injections would allow interference to overcome intrinsic fitness and favorably shape the clonal makeup.
In the meanwhile clinical studies already indicate a potent impact of anti-Properdin antibodies in AMD patients: Intravitreal injection of 10 mg anti-Properdin antibodies reduced the lesion size in GA patients by ~16% compared to sham treated patients in phase 2 studies (not yet significant, NCT02515942 ).
At the beginning of solidification when elemental segregation is not yet significant, orangish carbides rich in Ti and some Ta are formed.
However, in a subgroup of patients that were treated with RDV within 10 days of symptom onset there was a numerical reduction of five days in time to clinical improvement that was not yet significant (hazard ratio 1.52 [95% CI: 0.95–2.43]) (Wang et al , 2020c ).
72 , 73 Overall, the data shown in Table 1 indicates that the difference between linearly and exponentially grown films is not yet significant in the case of 9 bilayers (all DBCO and DNA densities approx. equal), but it becomes much enhanced at 33 bilayers (data for the exponential film an order of magnitude larger).
The decomposition of the hydration products is not yet significant (C-S-H gel, portlandite—CH); however, it can be ascribed to the formation of 100–500 nm pores.
These results indicated that there is a short time window in which the monoalkylation is dominant and the dialkylation is not yet significant.
Deeper genomic analyses showed transcriptional activation of TP53 and pathways involved in cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and DNA repair, and while not yet significant, the combination of APR-246 and AZA had a trend towards improved OS [ 36 ].
However, comparing the methylation percentages between patients with or without a favorable outcome, we found no differences at baseline, with a trend, even if not yet significant, after the rehabilitation treatment.
In addition, Western Blot analysis of MHC expression performed after 3 days of the treatments indicated above reveals that at this time although the taurine effect is not yet significant compared to the control cultures, taurine is able to counteract the negative effect of TNF on MHC expression levels ( Figure 1 E,F). 2.2.
Cognitive deterioration at 3 years was correlated with Tsallis entropy in the eyes-open condition ( P < 0.00079), whereas correlation at 6 months was not yet significant.
Spinal cord CCEs have being described previously and constitute a rare but very benign variant of intramedullary tumors.[ 1 - 3 , 14 ] Despite the fact that the number of reported cases is not yet significant, the individual descriptions that have been made demonstrate more specific parameters that allow unification in the diagnosis criteria.
At this span location, the blade velocity is 90% of its maximum, which occurs at the blade tip, whereas three-dimensional flow effects that occur near the tip and decrease the magnitude of the blade pressure field are not yet significant [ 13 ].
The latter was, however, not yet significant ( Figure 3 a).
One potential explanation for this discrepancy is that, as the caudate begins to enlarge, the small section adjacent to the ventricular horn, or the ventricular horn itself, are slightly compressed, causing our method to detect a decreased growth rate in a very small portion of the caudate, while in reality the pattern of overgrowth in the caudate volume is increasing but not yet significant.
These changes are seen right after the surgical procedure, during the phase when weight loss is not yet significant.
