Although the 5-year IDFS rate for group 2 was not significantly different from those for groups 1 and 4, there was a slightly significant trend (84.2% vs. 88.2%, P = 0.2728; 81.6% vs. 88.2%, P = 0.0953, respectively) (Online Resource Fig. 1a).

We went on to show that the use of exogenous normalizers only for absolute RT‐qPCR concentrations measurements did not influence the correlation with microarray data (standard normalization) for miR‐16‐5p (r = 0.52; P = 7.1E‐2) and miR‐486‐5p (r = 0.84; P = 2.9E‐4), although the correlation becomes slightly significant for miR‐93‐5p (r = 0.55; P = 4.9E‐2) ( Figure 4 middle panel).
No correlation was found between the number of years social units sighted and the total area over which they were sighted for the MCP, UD95, UD50 (Spearman's rank correlation test: rho (MCP) = 0.47, p ‐value = .06; rho (UD95) = 0.30, p ‐value = .24; rho (UD50) = 0.30, p ‐value = .25), and this correlation was slightly significant for the number of spatial cells (Spearman rank correlation test: rho (spatial cells) = 0.56, p ‐value = .02; Table 2 , Appendix S2 : Figure S5 ).
It was found that the compounds 166 (45.20%), 169 (41.20%), and 173 (37.10%) exhibited lowest antiulcer activity, while the compounds 167 (51.99%) and 170 (52.68%) showed slightly significant antiulcer activity compared to the standard Pantoprazole (76.16}, and compounds 168 (74.03%), 171 (72.87%), and 174 (75.15%) showed highly significant antiulcer activity compared to the standard drug.

Why Shannon Diversity Was Not Different between NAT and Tumor Tissues In this study, Shannon diversity or richness of microbial taxa was not found to be significantly different between NAT and tumor tissues; however, microbial evenness defined by Simpson’s index was slightly significant between the two groups.
Further, the negative relationship between living with an adult child and depressive symptoms is slightly significant for Black and Hispanic parents: those who lived with a nonhelper, partnered, parent, and employed adult child in these groups have slightly lower depressive symptom scores than peers who did not live with any adult children.
