The sera of patients with necroinflammation (A2–3) were distinguished from the rest of the necroinflammatory samples, based on differences in 17 spectral features (Table 2 ) in an OPLS-DA model with a variation of R 2 = 0.405, Q2 = 0.102 and was weakly significant CV-ANOVA p = 0.10 (Fig. 2 b).

The overdominance effects of SNP14 are significant ( p < 0.01 ) for milk production in kg and weakly significant ( p < 0.1 ) for lactose % (Table 3 ).

Further, we detected a weakly significant ( P = 0.109) increase of Prevotellaceae , predominantly comprising the genus, Prevotella , following the administration of viable TWK10.

While the coefficient is negative in the 400m, and a similar magnitude as the 200m, it is only weakly significant (p-value = 0.109).
