After adjusting for baseline differences using IPTW, TEVAR showed a trend towards reduced mortality with an IPTW-adjusted hazard ratio (HR) of 0.53 [95% CI: 0.27–1.04, P = 0.063] (Fig. 6 a).
While TEVAR did not result in statistically significant reductions in mortality or aortic events, it showed a clear trend towards better outcomes compared to medical therapy alone.
