At 3 months of age, the extent of pathway convergence in striatum across SCHEMA mutant models (as measured by number of significant pathways in Stouffer’s meta-analysis) was more limited than at 1 month, showing fewer and more weakly significant gene sets from GSEA meta-analysis (Supplemental Fig. 1E , Supplemental Fig. 2H ).
