At 24 months, while associations in the total RA group did not reach statistical significance, they were significant for non-LDA in patients with seronegative RA when measured using SDAI (OR (95% CI): 21.5 (2.83 to 462.4), p=0.002 for the univariable analysis and 29.9 (2.5 to 109.2), p=0.01 for the multivariable analysis) and CDAI (OR (95% CI): 8.5 (1.51 to 70.2), p=0.015 for the univariable analysis) ( table 5 ).
