At the between-group level, differences did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.10); however, the effect size was large (Cohen’s d = –0.88, 95% CI –1.92 to 0.15), which may indicate a clinically relevant trend favouring PEMF ( Table 5 ).
Nonetheless, ROM analysis revealed a clear trend toward normalisation in the PEMF group, with joint excursion values progressively approaching physiological norms.
