When examining short-term memory differences via probe trial 24 h after the last acquisition trial, there was a trend in the cumulative distance traveled, where exposed mice traveled a longer cumulative distance to reach the TH as compared to controls, although these differences failed to reach statistical significance ( F = 2.20, DF = 1, p = 0.16; Figure 5D ).
