Although KO males also showed a trend toward reduced interaction, with a 14% decrease [M diff = −14.59 s (95% CI, −28.54, 0.18); unbiased Cohen’s d = −0.52 (95% CI, −1.08, 0.00)], this difference is even smaller than for WT MGH males and is unlikely to reflect a real change in behavior (Dunnett’s test, KO vs WT SGH : q (1,72) = 2.07, p = 0.0771).
