As expansion of previously primed antigen-specific T cells may impact T cell responses to vaccination, we examined correlations across visits ( Figure 2 G) and found a significant association or a strong trend between CD4 + T cell responses at V0 and the post-first-dose time points V1 and V2, but not after the second dose.
