The mean MFI of the detected DSA did not significantly differ between the different HLA target loci, but there was a slight trend towards higher DSA against HLA-DQ ( Figure 1D ).
The mean total eGFR slope calculated over the complete follow-up (which reduces the effect of graft loss but does not capture temporal dynamics) showed a clear trend towards accelerated eGFR decline in patients with DSA, but this did not reach statistical significance ( Supplementary Figure 1D ).
