Conclusion Globally, the prevalence of gynecological cancers in perimenopausal women showed an increasing trend.

Over the same period, the global YLLs rates for cervical cancer in this group exhibited a decreasing trend [45–49 years: -0.99% (95% CI: -1.13% to -0.86%); 50–54 years: -0.86% (95% CI: -1.21% to -0.51%)] (Appendix table S2).

In recent years, several studies have indicated that there may be significant differences in HIV knowledge, testing behaviors, and other health behaviors between men who have sex with men and women (MSMW) and those who only have sex with men (MSMO) [ 10 , 11 , 12 ].

Conclusions Our study applied a large temporal and spatial scale and synthesized multiple spatiotemporal analysis methods to investigate the characteristics of the spatial distribution of ASMR due to stroke from 2000 to 2021, and found that although the ASMR due to stroke showed a decreasing trend between 2000 and 2021, it still exhibited a mild increase during 2019 and 2021.
