Oral cavity and salivary gland cancer showed a positive trend in the treatment rates (oral cavity: RR: 1.1, CI: 1.06–1.11, p < 0.0001; salivary glands: RR 1.1, CI: 1.03–1.10, p = 0.0005).
Excerpts
In pilot clinical studies increased levels of Epi were detected in 20% of plasma samples collected from PC patients [ 27 ] and a highly significant positive correlation (0.91; p < 0,0001) was observed between increased blood Epi and the phosphorylation of S133CREB in prostate biopsies [ 58 ], which supports the relevance of preclinical model data to human prostate gland.
The model exhibited good discriminatory power with a C-index of 0.731 and a highly significant likelihood ratio test ( p < 0.0001).
This represents a highly significant overlap (odds ratio (OR) = 10.45, p < 0.0001, and OR = 18.74, p < 0.0001, respectively; Figure 2 ) which could explain some of the synergistic/additive effects of LMP1 and LMP2A observed in mouse B cells described above.
The results obtained by the spectrophotometer reading at a wavelength of 488 nm were extremely significant: FPP ® induced a highly significant decrease ( p < 0.0001) in the blood ROS levels, directly related to the size of the tumor ( Figure 5 ).
It was found that the difference between the arithmetic means was statistically highly significant ( p ≤ 0.0001) Table 1 .
However, the analysis also revealed substantial heterogeneity, with an I 2 statistic of 100% and a highly significant test of heterogeneity (p ≤ 0.0001) ( Figure 2 and Figure 3 ).
The average Spearman correlation between the scores of the four hypoxia profiles was 0.82 and highly significant (range 0.71–0.90, p -values < 0.0001, Figure 2 A), demonstrating that the four gene expression profiles rank patients similarly.
A correlation analysis revealed a significant trend toward improvement of both vaginal length ( r = 0.3600, p < 0.0001) and VHI ( r = 0.4897, p < 0.0001).
The primary patient-derived xenografts used for this study displayed a wide range of tumor hypoxia (1%–39%) that was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), whereas there was relatively little variance in the levels of hypoxia within replicates from the same model ( Figure 1 A).
obese was highly significant, **** p < 0.0001, whereas obesity-resistant vs . obese was also highly significant (**** p < 0.0001, TMCT), and no significant differences between lean and obesity-resistant mice were observed (ns, TMCT).
In addition, these remained highly significant after exclusion of outliers ( r = −0.525, p < 0.0001 and r = −0.507, p < 0.0001, respectively; Figure 2 b).
The results in Figure 8 show a highly significant correlation between the potency of both compounds in the cancer cell lines, with an R -value of 0.852 ( p < 0.0001 ).
In the total population, no significant trend could be observed in the T2DM group [APC: −0.50% (−1.12–0.10%), p = 0.0991], while a decreasing trend was found in the Non-Diab group [APC: −1.79% (−2.07–−1.52%), p < 0.0001].
The test confirmed highly significant separation (global log-rank p < 0.0001).
The univariate Kaplan–Meier analyses in both cohorts ( Figure 2 G,N) nevertheless demonstrate robust and highly significant survival differences ( p < 0.0001), confirming a consistent biological signal.
This upregulation was statistically highly significant ( p < 0.0001) ( Figure 3 ).
The correlation between B-cell counts and mTLS area was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) with an r value reaching 0.900 ( Figure 7 K).
This difference was highly significant ( p < 0.0001). 3.3.
OS-related mortality showed a highly significant association with progressive disease during therapy ( p < 0.0001) and relapse off therapy ( p = 0.009).
Results showed a highly significant 46.15-fold increase of RHOB expression in 3D versus 2D ( p = 0.0001) ( Figure 5 A, Table S1 ).
We found that the amount of free MG per mg of protein in tumor reached 58.70 +/− 11.98 nmoles, whereas it was 38.98 +/− 7.40 nmoles in normal lung tissue, a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001).
Highly significant up-regulation was observed in CIN III, CC, and TB categories ( p < 1 × 10 −4 ), consistent with activation of proliferative and inflammatory oncogenic miRNA programs.
In the IPTW-weighted Kaplan–Meier analyses, overall survival remained consistently lower among patients who omitted RT in the adjuvant cohort, with a highly significant weighted log-rank test ( p < 0.0001) ( Supplemental Figure S2A ).
A highly significant correlation (r 2 = 0.86, p < 0.0001) was found, indicating an increased tumor uptake of 99m Tc-HYNIC-Annexin A5 ASOT to be a potential predictor of clinical therapy outcome.
