Alpha Diversity of Soil Bacterial, Fungal, and Nematode Community Based on the morphological traits, yield, soil organic carbon, nitrogen, and soil enzyme activities, highly significant differences were observed in response to 200 kg N ha –1 under both traditional and straw returning pattern.
Similarly, the expression levels of the other EPSs-related genes, vpsT and vpsM , in WT and Δ relA showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, which was similar to the trend of biofilm formation and EPSs production in the culture medium under the same conditions.

It is highly significant to associate the taxonomic richness observed in the WWTP microbial communities with ambient nitrogen and carbon availability within the sewage system ( Johnson et al., 2015 ), biochemical presence ( Numberger et al., 2019 ), and possible anthropogenic factors ( Bojarczuk et al., 2018 ).
This is particularly notable in regard to the RT078, which is the most common RT isolated from pigs ( Rodriguez et al., 2012 ; Stein et al., 2017 ), and also one of the most prevalent types found in hospitalized patients in Europe, with an increasing trend in prevalence ( Bauer et al., 2011 ; Davies et al., 2016 ).
The relative abundance of bacterial species decreased to different degrees, with 8 main bacterial species in the top 20 species showing a decreasing trend, 6 bacterial groups showing the trend of decreasing when treated with 10 μg/mL p-coumaric acid and increasing with 50 μg/mL, and five groups of bacteria showing the trend of increasing with 10 μg/mL and decreasing with 50 μg/mL ( Figure 11C ).
