Oregano Oil Significantly Reduced Bacterial Burden in Burn Wounds Infected With USA300 As shown in Figure 5A , an average reduction in bacterial luminescence of 2.9 log 10 was attained when the infected wounds were treated with oregano oil at 5 mg/ml for 40 min, which was highly significant compared to only 0.4 log 10 decline of the bioluminescence in the absence of oregano oil during the same period ( P < 0.0001; Figure 5A ).
As shown in Table 5 , the model was highly significant, with an F -value of 30.75 and p < 0.0001, suggesting that it adequately describes the relationship between the independent variables and ZEN lactonase activity.
For the Roseobacter SAGs, the proportion of genes involved in ‘extracellular structure’ (category W) and ‘mobilome: prophages, transposons’ (category X) exhibited a highly significant positive correlation with amino acid sequence variation ( p = 0.00015 and 0.0012, respectively); for the Alteromonas SAGs, the relative abundance of genes involved in ‘cell wall/membrane/envelope biogenesis’ (category M) was highly significantly positively correlated with amino acid sequence variation ( p = 0.0012).

In addition, a weak yet highly significant positive correlation (rho = 0.49, p -value = 0.0002) was found between the overall metabolite load and the cell size during the growth phase ( Figure 5B ).
The R and Rh samples showed highly significant species richness compared with the BK samples ( p = 3.23E-04 and p = 5.91E-06, respectively), whereas no significant differences were observed within each sample type.

As live PS150 and HK-PS150, the C-EPS exhibited an increasing trend in terms of sleep duration [ Figure 6C , F (3, 16) = 10.98, df = 3, p = 0.0004].
divergens ( P = 0.002), and extremely significant for C. maltaromaticum and L. gelidum subsp. gasicomitatum ( P = 0.0005; P = 0.0005), respectively.
These findings suggest that the potent antitumor activity of irinotecan is further enhanced by TG6002/5-FC, with the combination showing highly significant efficacy compared to controls ( p < 0.0005).
Notably, six of the seven SNPs (all except SNP3) showed a highly significant association with ITR resistance ( p < 0.0005).
A highly significant log-log relationship between abundance and frequency was found at the OTU level ( P < 0.0005), which was conserved between phyla ( Supplementary Figure S1 ) and revealed a steady abundance to frequency ratio of between 10 and 1 reads per sample.
Predicted “neutral” community classes included the third community class identified on alginate particles, which colonized these particles from time 0–12 h (empirical- p > 0.20); the first community class on chitosan (0–48 h, marginally significant; empirical- p = 6 × 10 −4 for the local model); and chitin was again an exception, with the first community class appearing neutral (defined along the whole trajectory, empirical- p > 0.8).
The difference in fungal species composition between the two time periods was highly significant ( p < 0.001) ( Table 3 ). 3.4.
The results of the two-way ANOVA ( Table 2 ) indicated that growth period had a highly significant main effect on the Shannon, Simpson, Chao1 indices ( p < 0.001).
