A mixed model was used to show which of the highly significant correlations appeared to have a linear relationship; those that did not appear to have a linear relationship are not shown.
Excerpts
In season wise correlation conducted among the yield traits, DFF showed highly significant association with DTM; TN with productive tiller number, panicle length and filled grain number; total number of grains with panicle weight in all the three seasons.
However, when the relative change in photosynthetic parameters was compared to the relative change in stomatal control a highly significant positive correlation was observed between Δ V c max and Δstomatal closure to darkness ( Figure 6B ).
The majority of genes in all families showed a trend toward purifying selection with a K a :K s ratio of less than one (Figure S1 ).

Moreover, our study did not show a clear trend concerning the genetic advance in response to future climate change scenarios.
We found that only six genes belonged to both sets; this represents a modestly significant decrease of KRP5 targets in our LGOoe -regulated gene set.
Statistical analysis revealed highly significant circadian rhythms in 2010 and 2011, and no significant rhythms in 2012 and 2013 ( Table 3 ; Figure 8 ).
(2009) showed that the periodic expression of HEMA1 , CHLH and GUN4 observed during seedling growth in darkness was strongly disordered in pif1 and pif3 mutants with an increasing trend.
There was an interesting trend regarding the association between DMC and FRY (Table 4 ).
The quantitative relationships between chlorophyll meters readings, PNC, NNI, AND, and NR established at different crop growth stages in two rice ecotypes, were highly significant with R 2 values ranging from 0.69 to 0.93 and 0.71 to 0.86 for Japonica and Indica rice, respectively.
The correlation between Fe and Zn content was found to be positive and highly significant.
The highly significant difference in δ 15 N values between the two Auckland sites (6.4 vs. 9.9‰) is, therefore, a potential indicator that the Manukau Harbour receives greater anthropogenic nitrogen inputs.
Differences in RCC among three green groups were highly significant.
The relationships between Σ Ca 2+ +Cd 2+ and Ca 2+ flux in the absence of CdCl 2 [Σ Ca 2+ (-Cd 2+ ) ] were highly significant and close to 1 for NM and MAJ colonized roots and slightly increased to 1.4 for NAU colonized roots ( Figure 4 ).
The total anthocyanin content showed a trend of increasing in litchi during fruit maturation ( Figure 3A ).

The green cotyledon rates of srp1-1 and srp1-2 were significantly higher than WT from the seventh day to the eleventh day when 1 μM exogenous ABA was applied, and the difference between mutants and WT was extremely significant from the ninth day to the eleventh day ( Figure 5B ).
In terms of the panicle length, the number of panicles per plants and the number of grains per panicle, CMS line 863A was a good general combiner due to the highly significant and positive GCA effect value.
Furthermore, AP673L LED pre-cultivated seedlings had the highest DQI and highly significant differences were found with all LEDs ( Figure 6 ).
A highly significant negative correlation of Cl − and Na + concentrations in shoots was found with growth traits (shoot dry weight, shoot fresh weight, root dry weight, and root length) under salt stress.
Both sampling depth and position had a highly significant effect on the proportions of maize root biomass C in our samples.

An extremely significant difference was found between these two plant groups with the control.
Fixed effects Location (Loc) and sampling date per location [HD(Loc)] showed highly significant impacts on all traits analyzed (Table 4 ).

In Niger, there was a clear trend of increasing pod yield with increasing densities, although the effect differed between genotypes.
We also calculated the K + /Na + ratios, and found that salinity caused a decreasing trend of the ratios in both phyllodes and roots with progressive increase of salinity levels.
