GLT-1 expression exhibited an increasing trend with time in the pre-treadmill group, and expression levels were significantly higher at 12, 24, and 48 h after treadmill training compared with that observed at 3 h ( p < 0.05).

Expression of CsFT showed an increasing trend under LD, indicating that expression of CsFT was very sensitive to changes in light under LD.

Conclusions In conclusion, the present prospective study highlights a clear trend towards a decrease in the RANK-L/OPG ratio and NTX levels after 12 months of treatment with zoledronic acid.

In SMP30 KO mice, the BAX expression showed an increasing trend in each 1 Gy and 3 Gy groups compared to those of the SMP30-WT mice; however, significant difference in BAX expression was observed only in the 3 Gy group.
