reported remission of NAFLD in 56% of patients undergoing VSG, with a highly significant association between NAFLD remission and achieving greater than 50% excess weight loss (odds ratio 10.1, p < 0.001), further stressing the relationship between effective weight loss and liver disease resolution [ 38 ].
Excerpts
Remarkably, in the alcohol group, the percentage of good outcomes was 82%, a highly significant difference from the controls (36%; p < 0.001).
A highly significant association was found between insomnia and neuropathic pain ( p < 0.001).
Results : The analysis showed a decreasing trend in hospitalizations of patients with STEMI (Z = −3.574; p < 0.001) and an increase in hospitalizations of patients with NSTEMI (Z = 3.124; p = 0.002).
These differences were highly significant ( p < 0.001) with a large effect size (V = 0.54).
Patients who stated not having returned to their preferred sports activity until their follow-up examination ( n = 4, 19%) had a highly significant loss of activity regarding TAS compared to patients who accomplished an RTS (TAS-delta 2.5 [1.25–3] for no RTS vs. 0 [0–0] for RTS; p < 0.001, Figure 3 ).
Highly significant differences were found between the global SALSEX score at baseline and after switching to vortioxetine (t = 12.279, p < 0.001).
Correlation of Gene Expression and Protein Levels Among Themselves and Between Psychic Experiences Scale Scores in Control Groups Like the patient group, a highly significant positive correlation was found between the DAT and VMAT2 protein levels in both control groups (SCG; n = 30 r = 0.786 p < 0.001, NSCG; 31 r = 0.936 p < 0.001).
All segments demonstrated highly significant within-subject effects across the three circle diameters (all p < 0.001), indicating that RNFLT varied significantly with scan diameter.
Although differences in mobility, self-care, and usual activities did not reach statistical significance, the EQ-5D index score was markedly lower in the MD cohort than in the controls (median 0.66 [IQR 0.45–0.94] vs. 1.00 [IQR 0.69–1.00]; p < 0.001, Mann–Whitney U test), indicating a substantial reduction in overall health utility associated with MD. 3.3.
Secondly, there was a highly significant ( p -values < 0.001) increase in the hearing threshold from 0.25 kHz to 0.5 kHz.
First, the sample size was relatively small (16 patients), although the results were highly significant ( p < 0.001) for nearly all comparisons, with medium-to-large effect sizes (Cohen’s d 0.5–1.20), suggesting that the statistical power was likely sufficient.
This entailed calculating Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient (ρ), implementing a correlation model, and ascertaining a moderately significant correlation (ρ = 0.371, p < 0.001).
However, the highly significant differences ( p < 0.001) and robust confidence intervals observed in the primary outcome (LASct) indicate that the available sample size provided adequate statistical power to detect meaningful clinical differences.
There was a moderately significant positive correlation between the serum MGO levels and the TNF-α and hsCRP levels (r = 0.67 and r = 0.68, respectively, p < 0.001).
There was a highly significant association between anti-RgpA and anti-PPAD antibodies (using the quantitative data of dilution 1:400) and RA diagnosis ( p < 0.001) ( Figure 2 ).
As expected, all variables showed highly significant differences across the four age bins ( p < 0.001).
When stratified in tertiles, the NLR was a highly significant indicator of outcome in this all-comer CMR cohort (log-rank test p < 0.001), and the corresponding Kaplan–Meier plot is depicted in Figure 3 . 4.
However, our findings indicate a notable trend: viral infections were significantly more likely to be associated with recurrent episodes of keratitis (31.33% vs. 19.91%, p = 0.001), whereas bacterial infections more frequently accounted for first-time episodes (47.00% vs. 38.63%, p = 0.001).
We conducted further analysis only with aIAB that was highly significant ( p < 0.001) in the univariate regression analysis after Bonferroni correction.
The paired samples Student’s t-test indicates a highly significant mean difference of −11.9 ( p < 0.001, 95% CI: −14.9 to −8.92).
Quantitatively, Egger’s linear regression test was highly significant ( p < 0.001), and Begg’s rank correlation test also reached statistical significance ( p = 0.013); both analyses are consistent with the presence of publication bias.
(2006) [ 11 ] indicated an event rate of 0.157 (95% CI: 0.154 to 0.160), with a highly significant result (Z = −148.584, p < 0.001).
Statistical analysis using the chi-square test demonstrated a highly significant association between the clinical indication and the biopsy’s effect on management ( p < 0.001).
Correlations between cytokines and clinical/laboratory parameters Spearman’s correlation analysis among all malaria patients (SM and UM) showed a strong, highly significant positive association between IL-10 and IFN-γ (rho = 0.688, p < 0.001) (see Figure 2 A).
