Results Soil respiration rates of the bacterial and fungal communities showed highly significant changes with variations in substrate quality ( P <0.001; Table 2 , Fig. 1a ) but those of the coexisting community changed less significantly ( P <0.01; Table 2 , Fig. 1a ).

Leading to a correct classification of 83.8% of cases (95.1% of cases without and 53.3% of cases with UHR criteria), the model became highly significant (Omnibus test: χ 2 (3) = 38.883, p<0.001) and explained 39.2% of the variance ( Table 5 ).
Specifically, as shown in Table 7 , when compared to the Classic MEF method, the improvements were highly significant for both EN (p < 0.001) and MI (p < 0.05).
When we re-estimated the model after excluding these 426 observations, the overall model fit improved slightly, but the magnitude and statistical significance of the estimated odds ratios changed only marginally compared with the full-sample model (for example, the odds ratio for female compared with male changed from 0.85 to 0.84, with both estimates remaining highly significant, p < .001).
However, highly significant differences were found ( p <0.001) between groups G 6 vs.
Depending on the sample number ( n ), statistical test were done using either the Student’s t test with bilateral distribution and equal variance (results were considered significant for p <0.05 and labeled with *), or the Mann-Whitney rank sum test (results were considered statistically highly significant when p <0,001 (***); significant when p <0,01 (**); marginally significant when p <0,05.
Highly significant ( p <0.001) forward stepwise multivariate regression models of ecosystem observations demonstrated that D . acuminata abundances were positively dependent on multiple environmental parameters including ammonium ( p = 0.007) while cellular toxin content was positively dependent on ammonium ( p = 0.002) but negatively dependent on nitrate ( p <0.001).
The two discriminating functions for this model were highly significant (P<0.001).
Differential analysis revealed highly significant differences (p < 0.001) for GZMB , MMP9 , LCN2 , ANXA3 , and PRF1 .
All of these results were highly significant (p < 0.001), indicating that the observed performances were extremely unlikely to have occurred by chance.
As the univariate treatment effects in all models remained highly significant (P<0.001) until 20 DPP ( Table 4 ), only contrasts taking place on or after 15 DPP were considered.
Also, a clear trend of separation of periodontitis patients’ oral samples from other oral samples could be observed (ANOSIM: R = 0.191, P = 0.001; adonis: F = 0.086, P = 0.001; MRPP: δ = 0.326, P = 0.001).
A statistically highly significant difference (p≤0.001) compared to 0 h p.i. was first detected after 8 h in S2 cells and after 24 h in Sf9 cells.
Vaccination with N or LT alone led to a further and highly significant increase in BAL lymphocytes (LT versus C+ p<0.001; N versus C+ p<0.01), neutrophils ( Fig. 2C : LT versus C+ p<0.01; N versus C+ p<0.001) and eosinophils ( Fig. 2D : LT versus C+ p<0.0001, N versus C+ p<0.001).
In line with this result, we found a highly significant positive correlation between gain and minimum position error at fast speed (r = .65, p = .001), suggesting a tradeoff between high pursuit gain and low minimum position error.
The subsequent pairwise posthoc analysis was highly significant for all pairs (p < 0.001).
Matrix of pairwise correlations showed a relative decrease of the partial r only between He and Na but it remained highly significant ( r = 0.57; p<0.001).
At the hematological level, all patients with low LMR presented lymphopenia, with a highly significant difference compared to those with high LMR (p < 0.001).
On the basis of fold change calculations, out of 19 differentially expressed proteins (DEP) of LF samples, 13 were statistically significant (p ≤ 0.05) and 6 DEP were highly significant (p ≤ 0.001) ( Table 3 ).
Despite this, we observed highly significant correlations between TAV and force plate-based outcomes (p < 0.001), as well as strong effects of perturbation magnitude on both TAV and force plate-based outcomes (p < 0.001), suggesting that statistical power was sufficient for these comparisons [ 27 ].
We found a highly significant effect of clinical group [F (1,63) = 12.892, p <0.001] and a significant effect of age group [F (1,63) = 5.988, p = 0.017] with no interaction between clinical group and age group [F (1,63) = 0.133, NS], indicating a similar deficit in visual activation in both children and adults with NF1.
For Net photosynthetic rate (pn), highly significant differences were also detected in Net photosynthetic rate (prPn) between the two cultivars (p value < 0.001).
The ANOVA found highly significant differences (p < 0.001) in leaf chlorophyll content between sites and canopy layers.
This difference (MFI -2006 ± 325 AU, 95% CI [–2696, 1317]) was highly significant (p < 0.001).
Follow-up analyses revealed highly significant effects of the MMN in the frontal cluster from 540 ms to 590 ms (290–340 ms lc; cluster 1, main effect “stimulus”: F (1,16) = 19.64; p<0.001; 29 dipoles; Fig 3E left) with no hemispheric dominance (“stimulus x hemisphere”: F (1,16) = 2.78; p = 0.12).
