From Fig 3 , before the implementation of ETS in 2007, the overall Sulphur dioxide emissions in China increased, while Sulphur dioxide emissions showed a decreasing trend after 2007.

3.2 Temporal trends of population and land use During the period 1990–2020, the area of rural settlements in Inner Mongolia showed an increasing trend, from 8,438.52 km 2 in 1990 to 9,208.79 km 2 in 2020 ( Fig 3 ).

Compared with moderate drinkers, significantly higher prevalence of psychotic disorders was observed for the abstaining, decreasing and the fluctuating consumption trajectories, while the increasing trajectory was marginally significant.

The interaction matrix We did not find a parasite-genotype x host-genotype interaction effect when statistically analysing the infection phenotype (i.e., infection intensity) in the full 20 x 20 matrix, whereas the main effects of colony (host genotypic background) and parasite strain were highly significant (Table E1 in S12 File ).
