Shoot fresh weight (FW) showed a decreasing trend with increasing green light proportion.
Excerpts
The root-to-shoot ratio showed an increasing trend with increasing green light proportion, reaching the highest value under G100, which was significantly higher than G40 but not significantly different from G60 and G80.
Conversely, both transgenic and wild-type plants exhibited an increasing trend in relative electrical conductivity under prolonged stress.
In the subsequent months, temperatures followed an increasing trend, with 2024 recording the highest values in May (18 °C) and July (25.2 °C), potentially contributing to greater temperature instability compared with the other years.
This variability may be attributed to environmental fluctuations during sampling period, which may have limited the detection of statistical differences, although SiKe generally showed a trend toward positive responses.
Remarkably, co-culture with SQR9 VOCs significantly suppressed this influx; Na + accumulation in VOC-treated seedlings was reduced by 24.5% to 18.1 mg g −1 , a level highly significant compared to the stressed-control group ( Figure 4 A).
The GUS signal showed a decreasing trend from the sixth to the eighth panicle differentiation stages ( Figure 9 b,d,e).
As the grain-filling progressed, the relative protein content of the grains showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, reaching the lowest value 20 days after flowering, and gradually rising thereafter.
With the delayed potassium fertilizer application, the hot viscosity and final viscosity showed an overall increasing trend ( Figure 6 B,D), while the gelatinization temperature showed a decreasing trend, although the differences between treatments were not significant ( Figure 6 F). 3.7.
Yield With the delayed application of potassium fertilizer, the rice yield showed an increasing trend.
GRI varied significantly between populations ( Figure 1 c), with highly significant differences between treatments in all populations ( Table 2 ).
The results of the three species Ag , Ra and Sp refute the first hypothesis: Ag displayed no dormancy at all, whereas Ra and Sp showed increased dormancy in non-wild populations, opposing the hypothesis, (though weakly significant in Sp ; Figure A5 a).
Lignin-Related Enzymes Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) activity exhibited a decreasing trend during growth, with high activity from the jointing to tasseling stages ( Figure 17 ).
Overall, from the branching stage to the early flowering stage, the average soil moisture content showed a decreasing trend, and the degree of fluctuation gradually decreased.
Plant Age Plant age can also have a significant impact on the quantity and quality of essential oil, with a decreasing trend in older plantations.
Differences were considered statistically significant at p < 0.05 and highly significant at p < 0.01. 5.
Although the calcium content in fruits did not show a statistically significant rise, an increasing trend was noted.
During the first three days of storage, the respiration rate of bok choy in all groups showed a decreasing trend ( Table 2 ), which might be due to the inhibition of respiration by low temperature [ 25 ].
Genetic Variation and Broad Sense Heritability (H 2 ) of Traits Analysis of variance (ANOVA) for all nine agronomic traits examined revealed highly significant differences among both gene and water treatments ( Table 2 ).
With the development of the growth process, the activity of CAT and SOD in the flag leaf were exhibited a trend of first increasing and then decreasing across the three growth stages in all three groups, while the activity of POD exhibited an increasing trend.
Fruit Yield, Dry Matter Content, and Refractometric Index Data analysis revealed that the interaction between the cultivation system (S) and hybrid (H) had highly significant effects on all the growth parameters analyzed, including fresh weight, dry weight, dry matter percentage, and fruit weight ( Table 2 ), with the sole exception of the number of fruits and fruit yield, for which the interaction was not significant.
In contrast, the survival rates of grafted seedlings by chip budding and patch budding showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing from March to July and from August to November.
Enterobacteriaceae and fungal counts also showed an increasing trend.
MDS was higher in T0, showing having an increasing trend after DOY 31 (31 January) whereas decreased during DOY 36–43 (5–12 February) when rainfall occurred following an increase in water potential, while its values increased again, surpassing those of TI until the end of the experimental period ( Figure 5 b).
We believe that leaf relative water content, Pn, SOD and MDA may be significant determinants of drought resistance, which is consistent with previous studies [ 66 ].
