The highly significant positive correlation between the soil quality index (SQI-area) and the yield of morels ( Figure 2 ) suggests that SQI-area can serve as a comprehensive indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of rotation patterns in alleviating issues stemming from continuous cropping [ 23 , 25 ].

p < 0.05 indicated a significant difference, and p < 0.01 indicated an extremely significant difference. 4.4.

Throughout the 30-day incubation period, soil respiration in the CuNP-treated variant was consistently lower than in the control and exhibited a decreasing trend over time ( Figure 5 ).

Between August and September, the NDVI remains relatively stable, with only minor changes, while a decreasing trend becomes evident in October.

As light intensity increased from L 1 to L 5 , POD 2 activity showed a decreasing trend, while POD 1 and POD 3 exhibited the opposite pattern, with nearly identical changes between them.

Field Maize LAI The dynamic changes in maize leaf area index with maize growth are shown in Figure 3 , and overall, with the progression of maize growth period, the LAI value showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.

With the passage of time, the POD activity of Jingu 21 showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing ( Figure 10 ).

Only 17% of farmers reported an increasing trend.

Effects of H 2 O 2 Soaking on Soluble Sugar Content During Germination During 0–48 h after germination, the soluble sugar content showed an increasing trend in both the control and treated seeds, but the increase was more pronounced in seeds treated with H 2 O 2 .

FRAP Assay The FRAP assay, which quantifies ferric-reducing antioxidant power (mg Fe 2+ /g dry extract), showed highly significant differences among treatments ( Table 3 ).

Although growth retardants reduced plant height, total biomass exhibited an increasing trend under combined treatments, suggesting that the growth-promoting effects of mixed applications outweigh the inhibitory effects observed in single treatments.

The species’ ecology is closely associated with Habitat 62A0, which, according to the latest national report submitted to the European Commission about the habitats of Community interest, showed a favorable conservation status and an increasing trend within the Mediterranean biogeographical region during the 2013–2018 reporting period [ 58 ].

Among these relationships, root system dry weight and main root dry weight exhibited highly significant positive correlations with POD activity, whereas root spread showed a significant positive correlation with POD activity.

The content of H 2 O 2 in the P40 treatment group was significantly increased, while the activities of SOD and CAT showed a trend of first decreasing, then increasing, and decreasing again.

The glycerol phospholipids represent a decreasing trend after low or high phosphorus stress.

We also note that the inclusion of peroxisomes within the lipotubuloids may be significant because of their roles in the b-oxidation of lipids, with physical contact between LDs and peroxisomes often extensive within plant cells [ 33 ].

In drought treatment, the expression of RcHSP90 in rose showed a trend of decreasing, then increasing, then decreasing with the increase in stress time, indicating that RcHSP90 plays a positive role in regulating drought in rose [ 41 ].
