An extremely significant decrease in Aj5-HT4R expression ( p < 0.01), however, was observed in respiratory tree tissue ( Fig. 7A ).
Excerpts
We observed a large number of highly significant (P < 0.01) positive correlations in the allocentric-trained groups, and in particular in allocentric animals tested from the novel starting position.
We believed that the increases of g m and g sc were largely related to the enlargement of leaf N content in this study because the relationships between leaf N content and g m and g sc strongly supported the promotion of leaf N content to g m and g sc increases, in which g m and g sc both showed a positive correlation with leaf N content, even though they were highly significant in Mongolian oak ( P < 0.01) (Fig. 2 ).
They had extremely significant differences ( P < 0.01).
The Chao and ACE indexes were lower in goose than in chicken faecal samples, and there were highly significant differences (P < 0.01) between the groups, according to T test statistics ( Table S18 ).
6 , the effects of all factors on soil fertility were highly significant ( p < 0.01).
The test results were marked with "*" to indicate significant differences within groups (P < 0.05), "**" to indicate highly significant differences within groups (P < 0.01), and "#" to indicate significant differences between groups (P < 0.05), "##" to indicate highly significant difference between groups (P < 0.01), and no significant difference (P > 0.05).
The final six selected variables exhibited highly significant correlations with SWHC ( P < 0.01), with LOG(R’’) at 1247 nm having the highest correlation coefficient of 0.78.
Results Nodule numbers of alfalfa There was the extremely significant effect of N treatment in affecting TNN, ENN and ENN/TNN ( P < 0.01) (Table 1 ).
Significant intergroup disparities in the rhizosphere soil microbial community structure were observed based on different ratoon ages ( P < 0.01), while highly significant intergroup differences in endophytic microbial community structure were observed based on a Jaccard distance analysis ( P < 0.01).
The level of significance was set at 0.05, with a significant difference defined as p < 0.05 and a highly significant difference as p < 0.01.
To address the issue of this bias, we performed a sensitivity analysis as described previously and found that even after adjustment for cotinine and urinary creatinine, the association between alcohol and blood pressure is still nominally significant in 2009–2010 (p = 0.01).
The reduction in bioburden due to triad treatment (colistin + salicylate + BC1) was highly significant (P < 0.01) relative to either untreated control/ colistin treatment/ Col + Sal + CCCP treatment as determined by the student’s t-test (Fig. 6 ).
Some metabolites in bMECs in treatments LPS12h and LPS24h showed highly significant increases when compared with Control samples ( p < 0.01), and were significantly up-regulated in LPS24h compared with LPS12h ( p < 0.05).
4 , the UDPGT (7) gene expression level and salidroside content were considerably significantly correlated, and the Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC) was 0.996 ( P < 0.01).
A highly significant positive correlation ( r = 0.945; p < 0.01; n = 104) was found between the direct and photogrammetric measurements.
The influence of pH on the algal Chl a and MDA were extremely significant ( P < 0.01).
Despite food restriction, there was a clear trend of increase in FAA, PPA, and NA over time (day 1 compared to day 10, U test, p < 0.01 for all parameters), in alignment with previous findings.
Furthermore, for different soil profiles, the hyphal P uptake and hyphal length density showed an extremely significant positive relationship for both cropping years ( P < 0.01), and the different slope of the line indicated AM fungi might much more efficient in making soil Olsen-P available in 2013 than in 2014 (Fig. 4 c).
In addition, the direction of effect was consistent for five of the six EA index SNPs and the magnitude of effect was larger than in EA and nominally significant (p = 0.01) for the index SNP at SLC5A10 in this smaller AA study sample.
The analysis of variance revealed highly significant ( p < 0.01) variation for protein, Fe and Zn contents among the studied genotypes, indicating the presence of wide genetic variation that could be utilized through selection.
Pseudo-bulked expression from 11q23.1 nominally significant trans-eQTL targets, present in the scRNAseq dataset (p < 0.01, n = 273), Fig. 2 a, was then subject to WGCNA 20 .
In the GPAT family, GPAM expression level was remarkably increased after 12 hours of 17β-estradiol treatment and the differences in comparison with control group were either significant ( P < 0.05) or highly significant ( P < 0.01).
The values were considered statistically significant (*) at P < 0.05 and highly significant (**) at P < 0.01.
Highly significant (p < 0.01) correlation (r = 0.96; N = 270) was found between beat to beat fetal heart rate (FHR ECG ) from fECG and the same (FHR PCG ) from fetal PCG signals.
