Variances between the two seasons were highly significant ( P < 0.0001) for the two traits, contributing 26.2% and 50.7% to the total phenotypic variance for SSR and PE, respectively (Table 2 ).
Further assessment of the line x environment interaction using rank correlation analyses between pairs of environments found highly significant ( p < 0.0001) correlations for the Striga resistance-related traits (Supplementary Table S1 ).
Remaining 16 IA-predicting candidate loci (6 intergenic, 8 intronic, and 2 synonymous SNPs; log10BF > 6.1 and p < 5 × 10 –8 ) were not accompanied by any neighbor promotor or functional variations such as UTR, missense, and nonsense SNPs that showed both moderate to strong LD (0.5 < r 2 < 1) and marginally significant associations ( p < 0.0001, data not shown).
The difference between 1 μg and 2 μg PFF was not significant (0.41 uint8 increase, p = 1.0), 2 and 4 μg PFF was quite significant (8.87 uint8 increase, p < 0.0001), and 4 and 6 μg PFF was not significant (1.27 uint8 increase, p = 0.89).
These metabolites were also found to be highly significant based on the univariate statistical analysis, after correction for multiple testing (Benjamini-Yekutieli correction) with corrected p -values < 0.0001 for each differential metabolite.
Effects of treatments on yield and yield components Nutrient treatments had a very highly significant effect on wheat grain yield and thousand-seed weight (p < 0.0001).
The seed viability ranged from 18% (E09) to 81% (N01), and there were a positive and highly significant relationships between seed germination and viability traits (r = 0.883; P < 0.0001).
The log rank test analysis indicated that the difference between the survival curves is highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
However, multiple regression analysis indicated that the quadratic terms (X 1 2 , X 2 2 and X 3 2 ) were highly significant ( p < 0.0001) for the extraction of TPC and is revealed in Table 3 , as for the antioxidant activity.
We found a highly significant overlap between genes that were positively correlated with USO1 across the B-ALL samples and downregulated in USO1-depleted cells (Hypergeometric test; p < 0.0001), but not in genes that were upregulated in USO1-depleted cells (non-significant p value) (Fig. 4 F, Supplementary 5C & 5D).
The analysis revealed a highly significant variation (p < 0.0001) in survival probability among the ToxR allelic groups (Figure 8 A).
The differences in latency to lay between large and small focal worms paired with matched or unmatched partners were highly significant (GLM; focal worm category [small]: (β = 1.025 ± 0.210, χ 2 = 25.386, df = 1, P < 0.0001; partner’s size: [unmatched]: (β = 0.434 ± 0.192, χ 2 = 5.625, df = 1, P = 0.018).
Intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) The ICC values were highly significant (p < 0.0001) for all the measurements, thus rejecting the null hypothesis (Table 3 ).
All R 2 values were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
Thus, we selected only the triplets with highly significant (28 out of 125, p-value < 1.00E-04) non-zero values, summarising them in Supplementary Table S6 B.
Analysis of variance (Table 3 ) revealed that the reduced quadratic model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), with a non-significant lack of fit, a high correlation coefficient (0.9726), and a high adequate precision ratio (APR) of 16.48.
Parametric Student’s T-test comparisons coupled with Fischer Combined Probability test, show a highly significant difference (combined p < 0.0001) between the Ulva sp. and Cladophora sp. scaffold test groups, for all four cell concentrations, as well as between the scaffolds’ test and control groups.
Highly significant differences were recorded in the percent of correct choices between charged (30 V, ON) and uncharged (0 V, OFF) flowers for both species ( p < 0.0001) (Fig. 3 a,b).
