A notable trend emerged wherein transporter genes linked to fungicide efflux, particularly ABC and MFS transporter genes, displayed upregulation under pyrimethanil stress in HRG21, whereas a general downregulation was observed in FSG43 (Fig. 3 ).
Over the reference period, modern contraceptive utilization showed an increasing trend, following the exponential smoothing equation, modern contraceptive utilization = 32.5 + 1.3 (coded year) − 0.099 (squared year code), with an R 2 value of 0.99 and a P value of 0.027, indicating that approximately 99% of the variability in modern contraceptive utilization can be explained by the trend (Table 5 ).
Between depths of 19 and 26 m in profiles 4, 6, 8, and 16, the shear wave velocity derived from seismic data exhibits a decreasing trend, with values spanning from 1500 to 1000 m/s.
The analysis revealed highly significant linear regressions between matching PCA1 and PCA3 trait scores with PCA1 and PCA2 environmental scores, yielding R 2 values of 0.86 (Fig. 6 ) and 0.77, respectively ( P < 0.001).
Discussion We observe a notable trend in the spatial distribution of large boulders on Bennu (Fig. 4 d), suggesting a reversal of the mass movement direction on the asteroid.
The results of the analysis showed that the Pearson correlation coefficient R between the two was 0.9412 ( p <0.001), indicating a strong positive correlation between longestRRAI and longestRR, and this relationship was statistically highly significant.
It is estimated that among mental disorders, depression is responsible for the largest proportion of both DALYs and YLDs globally 4 , 5 , with an increasing trend over the last 30 years 5 .
Within 2000–2020, taking five years as a period, it can be seen that cropland had the most significant decrease in 2005–2010, with a reduction of 150.5547 km 2 ; forest land had the most significant increase in 2005–2010, with a rise in 98.3547 km 2 ; construction land showed an increasing trend, with the most significant increase in 2010–2015, and the net transfer area of construction land was 72.2448 km 2 .
The spatial correlation between either two of sea ice cover (SIC), SW, and SHS are highly significant (r sic-sw = − 0.93, r sic-shs = − 0.51, r shs-sw = 0.48, all the correlation coefficients passed the significance test).
With decreasing heat insulation provided by the ice cover, heat exchange at the air–sea interface increased (− 0.7 to 0.24 W/m 2 /decade; a negative value indicates an increasing trend), which led to the absorption of more heat by the ocean.
For the nonfrozen condition, the initial values of the exponential functions between the variation in the wind erosion rate and the wind speed of desert soil show an increasing trend, and the ratios of the functions decrease steadily; that is, with increasing moisture content, the degree of skewness of each function decreases, and the degree of influence of the wind speed on the wind erosion rate decreases.
The initial value decreases as the desert soil moisture content increases, and the attenuation rate shows a decreasing trend under both nonfrozen and frozen conditions.
As we found a highly significant interaction effect between ecotype and irrigation regime and ecotype and fertilizer level for grain yield (Table S2 ), we performed subsequent analyses separately by ecotype (irrigated and upland).
