The three-group structure revealed (1) the Mediterranean and eastern Atlantic, including the Azores (hereafter designated as ATL/MED), (2) Canary Islands, Madeira and Cape Verde archipelagos (hereafter designated as ILS) and (3) Mauritania (hereafter designated as MAU) is supported by the highest highly significant Φ ct- AMOVA (0.76, p < 0.001) of the several groups tried (results not shown).
The cubic spline fit of pterin relative fluorescence was highly significant for both female and male flies (Females: F 9 = 24.58, p < 0.001, with the fit explaining 49.5% of the variance; Males: F 9 = 10.87, p < 0.001, with the fit explaining 43.3% of the variance) indicating a strong seasonal effect.
Results Analysis of variance The combined analysis of variance across environments showed that variances due to genotypes (G), environments (E), and GEI were highly significant ( P < 0.001) for all the traits measured (Table 1 ).
ANOSIM indicated that differences in the prey spectra between the three species were highly significant at prey family-level (R = 0.784, P < 0.001) but non-significant at the level of order (R = 0.079, P = 0.063).
Nevertheless, the effect of the reliability condition on confidence was highly significant, F (1,18) = 112.28, p < 0.001, see Fig. 3B .
The significant mean for each slope factor demonstrates that all participants experienced a decline in sleep duration (μ = − 0.236, p < 0.01) and an increasing trend in frailty (μ = 0.514, p < 0.001) over time.
In a subgroup of patients whose estradiol levels were available (n = 161), their mean levels in pM exhibited a decreasing trend followed by a small increase [T1: 191.90 ± 232.18, T2: 94.74 ± 116.64, T3: 98.21 ± 150.91, p < 0.001] with significant difference found at T2-T1 and T3-T1, although the mean estradiol level at the end of chemotherapy was still 2 times less than the baseline value.
Seed moisture content (SDMC) and dry seed matter (DRMAT) showed highly significant (P < 0.001) and perfect negative correlation (-1.00).
This increase became highly significant (p < 0.001) after 4 h of incubation with the dye (1.2 for 50 μM and 1.3 for 100 μM).
OWCET negative and positive women had highly significant univariate differences (p < 0.001) for all outcomes with significantly higher risks among the latter group whereas in men there was only a significant (p < 0.05) univariate difference for CHD incidence.
In our analysis, the OR for the heaviest drinkers (Q5) was 0.24 (95% CI: 0.11–0.52, P < 0.001), with a significant trend test ( P = 0.001).
There is a highly significant ( p < 0.001) and, more importantly, notable reduction in processing time for both readers (R1: from 40 to 25 s, R2: from 34 to 19 s) with the new method (segfatMR) which translates to a time saving on the order of 10 min for the segmentation of all abdominal slices here.
The overall ANOVA revealed a significant main effect of treatments (F 3,12 = 59.09, P < 0.001) and a significant trend for RPP to reduce during the six weeks (F 21,84 = 5,67, P < 0.001).
Co-expression analysis of the genes The Spearman correlation analysis between NBN and OGG1 gene expression reveals a moderate positive correlation with a Spearman’s rho of 0.46 and a highly significant p-value < 0.001 (Fig. 5 e).
Out of the thirteen, three operons had highly significant enrichment of hits ( p < 0.001).
In contrast, a highly significant decrease of metabolically active cells was observed for polyamide + vas + CMC and polyester + gly (p < 0.001).
However, we observed we observed a highly significant correlation between the presence of methanogens and tobacco smoking (P value < 0.001) (Fig. 3B and Table 1 ).
The CH25H expression levels showed highly significant differences (p < 0.001), the CH25H mRNA expression level in the metastatic group was significantly down-regulated in LUAD compared to the non-metastatic group (Fig. 1 B).
EMS dose had a highly significant ( p < 0.001) effect on all assessed traits except root length.
However, data from movies acquired of the lymphatic contractility demonstrated highly significant correlations between the diameter measurements and the fluorescence data (n = 15 mice, p < 0.001 in each case) with a mean Pearson r correlation value of 0.902 ± 0.054.
The adjusted results showed that the risk of MetS in the Q2 and Q3 groups remained significantly lower than in the Q1 group, with adjusted OR (95% CI) of 0.77 (0.69–0.87) and 0.70 (0.61–0.80), both reaching highly significant levels ( P < 0.001).
The results show that the recorded neural activity during the day preceding and following each peak day was highly significant ( p < 0.001 and p < 0.0001, respectively) indicating a rapid switch in activity within the tumor on the peak days.
