When all samples were divided into IDH1 gene mutated ( IDH1mut , n = 18) and IDH1 wild-type ( IDH1wt , n = 78) gliomas, we observed a tendency of lower expression of CASC2 in IDH1wt ( p = 0.053) and highly significant relationship between higher miR-21 expression and IDH1wt gliomas ( p < 0.0001) ( Figure 2 A,B). 2.3.
Excerpts
The difference was extremely significant ( P = 0.0001) [ Table 2 ].
We found highly significant differences in the relative volume of all brain regions across populations (all regions p < 0.0001, figure 2 ; electronic supplementary material, figure S7 and table S9), and between sexes (all regions p < 0.05, figure 2 ; electronic supplementary material, table S9).
Results: The experimental group post-intervention for static balance, dynamic balance, and postural control tests showed extremely significant improvement with a p-value of <0.0001.
1 , 6 , 7 , S3), and these were highly significant differences between the two species (2-tailed t = 23.7, df = 60, P < 0001).
A significant trend toward higher ST2 values with age was also observed, but for males only (r = 0.43, p < 0.0001).
The perceived impact of the nurse on their diagnostic and therapeutic journey was also higher, with a mean score of 7.69 ± 2.28 for those who identified their nurse, in contrast to 3.88 ± 3.04 for those who could not, demonstrating a highly significant difference ( P = .0001).
A highly significant improvement in urbanity index is instead observed in the Quattro strade district (from 7.2 to 16.7; p < 0.0001), although the score continues to be low, mainly for the inadequacy of the sidewalks and the roads equipment.
The ANOVA analysis confirmed that the selected models were highly significant ( P < 0.0001), with high r 2 values (>0.92), as well as confirming that only the statistically significant effects and the terms supporting the hierarchy were included in the model (details are presented in the Supplementary Materials ).
On comparison of Intrastromal TIL with the clinicopathological features, it was recognised that at the 95% Confidence Interval as shown in Table 2 - There was a significant association of age (p = 0.0147) with the intrastromal TIL count followed by a highly significant association found with the HRBC subtype (p < 0.0001), TNBC subtype (p < 0.0001) and HER2BC subtype (p = 0.0025).
Statistical significance is indicated in the figures by asterisks, using the following standard notation: * for p ≤ 0.05 (significant), ** for p ≤ 0.01 (very significant), *** for p ≤ 0.001 (highly significant), and **** for p ≤ 0.0001 (extremely significant).
For the cabbage diallel study, there were highly significant differences (P < 0.0001) among the genotypes, and based on this result, the user can proceed with interpretation of results from other analyses proposed by Hayman ( 1954b ).
χ 2 test comparison of incidence and prevalence over the periods 2007 to 2014 (mean incidence 1.01/10,000, mean prevalence 0.88/10,000) and 2015 to 2021 (mean incidence 0.67/10,000, mean prevalence 0.33/10,000) showed a highly significant decrease ( p < 0.0001).
In the analysis of variation among the frequencies in each ear alone, we noticed that it was highly significant (p<0.0001-t Student test) in all the frequencies for both the right and the left ears.
In both the citalopram and pramipexole groups, the BDI score showed a highly significant decrease with a large effect size ( r ≥ 0.6) analyzed by a Wilcoxon signed-rank test ( Z = −4.018, P < 0.0001, and r = −0.877 for citalopram group and Z = −3.926, P < 0.0001, and r = −0.878 for pramipexole group).
The analysis of variance revealed that genotypes maintained highly significant (p < 0.0001) differences for final disease severity at both locations in the two cropping seasons ( Table 2 ).
Second, all the model statistics were highly significant ( p < .0001), excepted for the inferior lateral ventricle model for AD which was only significant ( p < .05). 3.3 Classification based on multiple lifespan models To evaluate the classification performance of HAVAs on testing datasets, we performed a comparison with the three most discriminant structures.
Only regions that showed a highly significant univariate heritability ( h 2 SNP p <0.0001) for both schizophrenia and the cardiac trait were tested for local genetic correlation.
The difference between the two cell types was highly significant (P < 0.0001) (Fig. 5 c).
Based on the hypothesis that the response to radiation could associate proteins or p-sites involved in the same molecular pathway, we submitted all statistically highly significant candidates (R>0.5 or <-0,5 and P<0.0001) to STRING analysis 30 .
Neither inactivation of fumC alone nor combined inactivation with recA altered the adaptability of BW25113, whereas a markedly significant difference was found when the wild-type was compared to Δ aidB and Δ aidB /Δ recA ( p < 0.0001).
The obtained model was found to be highly significant, as confirmed by the ANOVA analysis ( p < .0001). 3.1.3.
The difference in seroconversion rates between HC and HM was highly significant at both timepoints (Chi-square test, p < 0.0001 after both the first and second dose), confirming a strong association between disease status and impaired humoral response.
The difference in SHM in the long prime (week 29) versus 10 week prime was highly significant ( P < 0.0001 by Mann–Whitney, Fig. 4b ; P < 0.0009, Fig. 4c ), and the difference in median mutations between weeks 10 and 29 was as great as that between weeks 4 and 10, indicative of robust GC functionality continuing through to at least week 29 (Fig. 4a–c ).
We also calculated the ICC for the general public networks and found that all variables of interest had a highly significant intraclass correlation (CC Number: ICC = 0.10, F (274,1918) = 1.93; P < .0001; CC Mean Size: ICC = 0.07, F (274,1918) = 1.57; P < .0001; CC Median Size: ICC = 0.12, F (274,1918) = 2.05, P < .0001).
