Measuring the area under the curve (AUC) for mice proceeding to PID17 (PID3-PID17) ( n = 31) demonstrated a highly significant reduction in IFU in CTH522/CAF®01 vaccinated mice compared to control mice (Mann–Whitney U test, p < 0.0001) (Fig. 6f ).

1A and B , a highly significant effect (P<0.0001) of GOSS on cell viability was found in MM-231 and MM-468 cells at different concentrations of the compound (6.3–100 and 10–50 μM in MM-231 and MM-468, respectively).
The main effects of cue validity and search type were highly significant, F(1, 23) = 33.7, p < .0001, η 2 p = .59, and F(1, 23) = 298.9, p < .0001, η 2 p = .93, respectively, and so was the interaction between these factors, F(1, 23) = 30.2, p < .0001, η 2 p = .57.
This was highly significant ( p <0.0001).
Statistical analysis showed highly significant differences (**** p < 0.0001) in cell viability across treated groups of both H1299 and HEK-293 cells.

Frequency of tobacco consumption in pre- and post-health educational interventional phase was found to be highly significant difference ( P < 0.0001), whereas there was no significant difference in comparison of both of the phases regarding the type of tobacco product consumed [ Table 1 ].
Results it was observed that, in the osteoarthritic hips, hip neck fracture and aseptic necrosis, the degree of agreement was highly significant (p < 0.0001), in the measurements of anteversion and inclination angles, among the three assessments, from intra as well as inter-observers.
Overall, the difference between the four groups was highly significant ( P < 0.0001) due to much earlier gestational age at delivery in women with previous PPROM and treated with Arabin pessary (Figure 2 ).
A highly significant positive correlation existed between FDK and DON/NIV content ( R = 0.84, P < 0.0001).
The sulcal depth of the aaLF and ds Comparison of the aaLF and ds depths showed a highly significant difference (p < 0.0001).
A significant increase of several amino acids including phenylalanine (Phe, p < 0.01), tryptophan (Trp, p < 0.001), and tyrosine (Tyr, p < 0.0001), as well as isoleucine (Ile, p < 0.05), glutamate (Glu, p < 0.05), glutamine (Gln, p < 0.05), and glycine (Gly, p < 0.05) was observed, whereas a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) decrease in cysteine (Cys) was measured.
Due to the large number of data sets in each population, both correlations were highly significant (p<0.0001), though data points are not fully independent.
Among the departures from the early burst model, there is a highly significant skew to the right, as shown by the D CDF test on the EB fit ( p < 0.0001).
As the results demonstrated, the fitness of the model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
These differences in relative gene expression are highly significant ( p < 0.0001 to p < 0.0072), as shown by gene set enrichment analysis (Supporting Information Fig. 2 ).
This 1.65-fold gene enrichment is highly significant ( P < 10 − 4 ).
The exposure rate of the study population varied from 23.6% to 28.0%, and there was a significant trend toward increased exposure rate over time ( p < 0.0001).
Overall, zymosan treatment which was used for positive control resulted in a highly significant increase of both types of NETs, i.e., “cell free”- and “anchored”-NETs in bovine PMN ( p < 0.0001; Figures 3E–H ).
The progression in HHS values across the follow-up period was found to be highly significant (p < 0.0001) using one-way ANOVA.
Immunohistochemistry showed that NAC1 and FASN immunointensities in ovarian serous carcinoma tissues had a highly significant correlation ( P < .0001).
However, when all plasma melatonin concentrations ( n = 141) on Day 3 were correlated with GA, the Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.53 was found to be highly significant ( p < 0.0001, Figure 2 ).
The difference was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
All three analyses showed highly significant interactions between PST and light ( p = 0.0001, p = 0.0002, p = 0.0009, for PST content, production, and C fraction, respectively), a significant interaction between lytic toxicity and whether the strains contained PST ( p = 0.0157 for PST content), and significant effects of lytic toxicity on growth ( p = 0.0125, p = 0.0175, for PST production and C fraction, respectively).
