A statistical analysis confirmed a highly significant difference between infected and control groups at these time points ( p < 0.0001; Figure 1 A), with a 37.6-fold increase at 48 hpi and a 136.7-fold increase at 96 hpi.
Excerpts
In this analysis, group differences in subjective pain scores were highly significant before controlling for the effect of anterior cingulate cortex activation ( F = 38.0, P <0.0001); a finding that was reversed ( F = 1.8, P = 0.195) when removing (regressing out) this effect.
A 2 time (pre- and posttest) × 3 group (2 d, 4 d, 10 d) ANOVA with time as a repeated measure showed this to be highly significant ( F (1,21) = 52.392, P < 0.0001, r = 0.84).
These effects were highly significant after adjustment for multiple comparisons (p<0.0001, Table S2 ).
There were highly significant effects of three of the four individual variables on epitope-specific endpoint titers (p<0.0001); the only individual variable not having a significant effect on antigen endpoints was the geographic origin of the sera (p = 0.0709).
For weight gain over the entire period from the second trimester to 18 months, PPAR γ 2 Pro12Pro carriers had a significantly lower growth rate for weight than the other genotypes, and there was a significant trend for each additional Ala12 allele ( P < 0.0001).
Body conformation indices of pelvic index, body index, transversal pelvic index and weight were highly significant ( p < 0.0001) among the studied districts.
There was a highly significant positive relationship between year and the proportion of investments made as easements measured both in acres and in dollars ( Fig. 1 ; r 2 = 0.64, p<0.0001; r 2 = 0.54, p<0.0001, respectively).
This is highly significant in both the linear and quadratic term ( p < .0001).
In many tissues the PHI test for recombination was highly significant ( p <0.0001).
Nevertheless, the enhanced resilience of CoQ10-supplemented membranes was still extremely significant at this higher temperature (15% CL vs. 15% CL-CoQ10, p < 0.0001).
Underestimation of FDG uptake in bone was also found on MR/PET due to an under-correction of cortical bone when creating an MR-based attenuation map, although there was a highly significant correlation between the SUVs for MR/PET and PET/CT ( p < 0.0001) ( 45 ).
Highly significant ( P < 0.0001) trends of lower prevalence with increasing sibship size were observed in both age groups for a lifetime history of hay fever and for a lifetime history of eczema, with a less significant ( P < 0.001) trend for asthma ever in the adolescents, but not for asthma ever in the younger age group.
A one-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant difference in the final plaque scores between the groups ( p < 0.0001).
Scar formation was assessed following the intervention in both groups, and the results indicated a highly significant difference with a p-value of <0.0001.
For the four different carbohydrates, at both time points, for leaves four, five, and six, the differences between sut1 and wild type were highly significant in all cases ( P <0.0001).
This was highly significant ( p < 0.0001; Figure 3 c).
According to Mann-Whitney-U-test this difference is highly significant with p < 0.0001.
Estimating the total number of new neurons formed using the survival and differentiation data revealed an interesting trend ( Fig. 5 c); two-way ANOVA demonstrated that both pre-treatment and post-treatment were effective (Pre: F 3,23 =31.6, P <0.0001; Post: F 3,23 =10.2, P <0.003).
Differences were highly significant (p<0.0001 for medium vs. high, low vs. high and low vs. medium contrasts in paired comparisons).
The ROC analysis showed an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.78, with a highly significant p -value of < 0.0001, as illustrated in Fig. 2 .
According to this study, as LAP values increased, there was a discernible increase in the prevalence of SUI. A highly significant positive association ( P < 0.0001) between SUI prevalence and LAP was observed in fully adjusted model 3.
The overall analysis of variance between all groups was highly significant: F 3,8 = 397.4, p<0.0001.
Comparatively, although we found highly significant inter-group differences (TB vs non-TB; p<0.0001;), IP-10 missed the diagnosis in ∼20% of TB patients and was falsely positive in ∼20% of non-TB patients using the AUC-derived cut-point.
Our model selection again identified three kinetically distinct populations of σ2-containing CCPs ( Figure 2 C and 2 D, Tables S1 and S2 ); the preference for three versus two subpopulations was weaker but still highly significant ( p < 10 −4 as compared to p < 10 −10 in LCa-EGFP–expressing cells).
