Spearman’s rank correlation identified a highly significant (p ≤ 10 -4 ) positive correlation between methylation values determined by the Illumina Infinium platform and those defined by qMSP, for all of the 4 genes under analysis ( WNT10B , TUB , ALOX12B , SLC6A11 ; Figure 4 ).

To investigate this, we conducted a Chi-square test, which revealed a highly significant difference ( P < .0001).
InsuTAG scores ranged from 0.55 to 132.07 across the whole participant group with a median (25 th –75 th percentile) InsuTAG score of 7.22 (4.04–11.33) There is a strong and highly significant positive correlation between InsuTAG and HOMA-IR (r = 0.86; p < 0.0001) (Fig. 1 ) when compared with the association between HOMA-IR and the other lipid indices, TyG index (triglycerides × glucose) (r = 0.43; p < 0.001) and TG/HDL-C ratio (r = 0.38; p < 0.001) (Table 2 ).
This was highly significant ( p <0.0001).
Quantitation of total tube length showed a highly significant and robust increase above that of controls going from 1.46 ± 0.5 mm in untreated cells to 5.46 ± 1.4 mm in Dsi2‐treated cells ( P < 0.0001; Figure 3 A), representing nearly a three fold increase.
These differences were highly significant (**** p < 0.0001), demonstrating preservation of sensory function with both treatments.
Statistical analysis (one-way ANOVA) confirmed that the differences in healing rates between the larva-treated groups and the infected control were highly significant (F = 31.842, p < 0.0001) ( Fig. 4 ). 3.3 Microbiological analysis Bacterial load, measured as CFU/swab of P. aeruginosa , decreased significantly in all treatment groups compared to the infected control (B) ( p < 0.05).
The difference in the ratio MUM/NSB/NBA between C x C (1.97/1.01/11.89) compared to C x NC (0.34/1.43/14.44) is highly significant ( P < .0001, Chi-Square).
Univariate F test analysis showed that differences between the two groups, at each half-cycle, were all highly significant (p < 0.0001 for the first 5 half-cycles; p < 0.01 for the last half-cycle).
For women, only patients <65 years showed a decreasing trend (β = −32.3, P < 0.0001).
As shown by the χ 2 value of 106.102, this difference is highly significant with P < 0.0001.
There was an overall weak, albeit highly significant, correlation between the sCD26 concentration and the DPPIV activity ( r s = 0.35, P = 0.0001, n = 150).
Mixed-effects logistic regression analysis demonstrated a highly significant overall effect of test modality, with substantially higher odds of correct identification in the 3D condition compared with the 2D condition ( p < 0.0001).
Nine out of 11 patients with positive cath BT-I but negative cath BH-I died in a 5-year observation period (--) but only seven out of 37 patients with negative cath BT-I and positive cath BH-I - expression died (----), the difference being highly significant (P < 0.0001).
We found a highly significant elevation in QTd among patients with AWMI compared to other MI types (98.96 ± 2.95 ms vs. 85.08 ± 17.02 ms; p < 0.0001).

Differences in urinary cell counts between patients with active and non-active SLE were highly significant for CD3 + CD4+, CD3 + CD8+ and CD14+ cells ( P <0.0001) and to a lesser degree also for CD19+ cells ( P = 0.0137).
The mean and median levels of uPA as determined by both ELISAs were similar. However, the mean and median PAI-1 levels assessed by the two ELISAs differed by a factor of 10, the in-house ELISA measuring values ten times lower than the ELISA with commercial reagents. The overall association between the two ELISA methods is demonstrated by the highly significant correlations between the cytosolic levels of uPA (rs = 0.85, P < 0.0001) and of PAI-1 (rs = 0.90, P < 0.0001) (Figure 1A and B).
