Two-way ANOVA showed a highly significant treatment effect ( F (1,20) = 47, p < 0.0001), time effect ( F (4,20) = 91, p < 0.0001), and interaction effect ( F (4,20) = 11, p < 0.0001), indicating a time-dependent pharmacological inhibition of DAT functions.
The weights estimated by this model match subjects' behavior very well, as shown by a comparison of model predictions and subjects' actual choices ( Figure 2 B) with the regression of actual observed weights on model predicted weights being highly significant in every individual subject (p < 0.0001; average R 2 [standard coefficient of determination] across subjects = 0.77; see Table S1 available online).
The analysis of variance (ANOVA) for the quadratic model (Table S1b) confirmed that the model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) with a non-significant lack of fit ( p = 0.1424), demonstrating good fit to the experimental data.
Mixed-effects logistic regression analysis demonstrated a highly significant overall effect of test modality, with substantially higher odds of correct identification in the 3D condition compared with the 2D condition ( p < 0.0001).
The quadratic model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), with R 2 Adj = 0.9875 and R 2 Pre = 0.9433 (a difference less than 0.2), indicating excellent fit and predictability.
Caries was more prevalent in adolescents and adults compared to children, with a highly significant difference (p = 0.0001).
The slope coefficient (β 1 = 4.560, 95% CI (2.47–6.65)) was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) after FDR correction, suggesting a strong positive association between ffGLY and ffMDA concentrations ( Figure 2 ).
There was a highly significant interaction with age (p < 0.0001), such that the association was only observed for younger compared with older individuals: HR 1.27 (1.15-1.39) and HR 1.00 (0.92-1.09) in individuals ≤75 years and >75 years, respectively.
The quadratic regression model selected by the test is highly significant ( P < 0.0001), indicating that there is a significant linear relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable of the regression equation.
Eosinophil count reduction was higher in group B (96.1%) as compared with group C (85.4%) and group A (66.3%), with highly significant ( P = 0.0001) differences.
Overlay images of the red and green channels from immunofluorescence co-staining demonstrated distinct patterns of expression, where analysis of MOC K1 and K2 indicated a highly significant negative correlation (Spearman's correlation, −0.8767, p < 0.0001) between GPX4 and Vimentin protein levels ( Fig. 5 K).
The results showed that vB_AbaP_CV1 alone exhibited significantly stronger eradication efficacy than PB alone, and the combination treatment resulted in an extremely significant reduction in biofilm biomass compared to the untreated control (****P < 0.0001) ( Figure 5C ).
Increasing education displayed a strong trend (Cochran-Armitage Trend Test, p<0.0001) with increasing levels of education associated with increased use of condoms, such that compared to men with less than four years of education, men with post-high school education were 13 times more likely to reported higher levels of condom use.
By this global comparison differences between sections as well as differences between localizations were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
Instead, the relationship between λ -values and the distance to the niche centroid (central values of the ecological niche) was highly significant ( P < 0.0001) and very robust (Spearman = -0.706) ( Fig 2B ).
The increases over time were highly significant for the seronegative and intermediate baseline groups (p<0.0001, p = 0.0026, respectively) but not for the initially high baseline group (p = 0.23).
