Marble burying was strikingly increased by both treatments and two-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant effect of time (F = 49.16, df 1,47 p < 0.0001) and treatment (F = 12.67, df 2,47 p < 0.0001) and a significant time X treatment interaction (F = 12.67, df 2,47 p < 0.0001) (Fig. 6D ).
There was a highly significant correlation between EBAG9 and ER immunoreactivity ( P <0.0001).
The ANOVA of the average torque amplitudes of the “ankle,” “hip,” and “upper body” joint groups, revealed highly significant, medium to large main effects ( p < 0.0001) for all three factors ‘beam width’, ‘arm posture’, and ‘joint group’, as well as highly significant ( p < 0.01), small to large interaction effects between these factors (Table 3 ).
Simple linear regression analyses in circulating CD4 + T cells revealed a strong and highly significant positive correlation between p‐S6 and γH2AX levels in both treatment groups ( R 2 = 0.5481 [placebo], 0.7758 [rapamycin], p < 0.0001 in both groups), indicating that mTOR activity and DNA damage are positively linked in vivo (Figure 6b,c ).
Quantitative real-time PCR analysis confirmed a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) 3.51 fold upregulation of XLOC_032517 expression after vaccination compared to the time point prior vaccination (Figure 2 B).
There was a highly significant change in SBM frequency from baseline with elobixibat (10 mg and 15 mg) at Weeks 1 and 2 compared to placebo ( p < 0.0001) [ 44 ].
Breeding system Pollination treatments had a highly significant effect on fruit set in all five treatments ( F 4,10 = 31.6, P < 0.0001, ANOVA).
Increases in growth velocity were highly significant for participants with a baseline growth velocity <5 cm/year (n = 14, p < 0.0001) but were not significant for those whose baseline growth velocity was above this cut-off (n = 10, p = 0.13).
For the cabbage diallel study, there were highly significant differences (P < 0.0001) among the genotypes, and based on this result, the user can proceed with interpretation of results from other analyses proposed by Hayman ( 1954b ).
A GLM with a negative binomial distribution with a log link function showed a highly significant positive effect of nest type on the number of trips per female [slope = 2.902, t = 7.078, P < 0.0001, dp = 1.119; dp is the dispersion parameter of the model, and when this is 1, the dispersion of the data from the model is within the predicted variance from the model (meaning the model fitted well to the observed data)].
There was a highly significant relationship between COPD exacerbation and moderate to severe grades of smoking index (p<0.0001) ( Table 1 ).
9.2 ± 5.9 mm 2 , P < 0.0001, respectively); however, the correlation between the two measurements was highly significant (VA: r = 0.78, P < 0.0001 and LA: r = 0.75, P < 0.0001) (Fig. 1 ).
Willingness towards the malaria vaccine The study shows that most caregivers (92.8%) were willing to vaccinate their children under 5 years old against malaria, with the result being highly significant (χ 2 = 215, p < 0.0001).
Effect of Dapagliflozin in Comparison With Placebo on Manifestations of Worsening HF In a prespecified expanded, 4-component, composite outcome of time to first HF hospitalization, urgent HF visit, outpatient worsening event, or CV death (total number of events=1211), there was a highly significant benefit of dapagliflozin over placebo: hazard ratio (HR), 0.73 (95% CI, 0.65–0.82), P <0.0001 (Figure 1 ).
Differences in allele frequencies of male and female bed bugs between the four field strains SK, OB, LB, and AS and the susceptible UBA strain were found to be statistically highly significant (p < 0.0001, for all strains).
Eighty-seven per cent of markers in the CEPH data and 83 per cent of markers in the NASC data had greater heterozygosity than the corresponding marker in the Samoan data; a sign test showed that both of these differences were highly significant ( p < 0.0001 for both tests).
A highly significant increase in PP level in the plasma was detected in the rotenone-treated rats ( p < 0.0001) compared to the control group ( Figure 3 A).
Association between progression and data at inclusion suggested two highly significant parameters (HLA-SE/RF, MWU P < 0.0001 after correction) and another three potential associations (smoking/EMS/TJC78, MWU P < 0.05), consistent with published reports in this cohort [ 6 ].
The F-test was highly significant, confirming that the microbial community is different among body sites (p = 0.0001).
While this makes logical sense, a closer look at table 2 and figure 3 shows that global longitudinal strain (GLS) has a highly significant correlation (r = 0.61, P = .0001).
At 7.5 months of age, there was a highly significant difference in the cortex ( p < 0.0001, F (3, 28) = 50.23, Sidak’s multiple comparisons test, Figure 7 A), and similarly—in the hippocampus ( p < 0.0001, F (3, 28) = 23.80, Sidak’s multiple comparisons test, Figure 7 B).
