In sucrose preference test, SBK7 showed highly significant (p < 0.0001) increase compared to moclobemide.
Excerpts
Importantly, when we analysed half-life across all infections (treated and untreated), there was a highly significant interaction between the effect of drug treatment and parasite genotype ( = 9.10, P < 0.0001; compare Fig. 2 B,C; Table S1.5 ), as well as significant negative correlations with pre-peak growth rate and parasite density at peak (which were independent of differences between parasite lines) (intrinsic growth rate = 4.15, P = 0.049; density at peak = 9.48, P < 0.005; Table S1.5 ).
A highly significant difference in Lp (a) levels was observed between normal coronaries vs. single-vessel disease, double-and triple-vessel disease ( P < 0.0001).
There was a highly significant decrease in the number of children requiring rescue analgesic ( P =0.0001) in group D [ Table 4 ].
The incidence was 7.9% (79 of 994) in statin group and 14% (140 of 992) in control group, demonstrating that high-dose statin therapy preloading before PCI had a favorable trend toward the following outcome and reduced the incidence of MACE (OR=0.53, 95% CI: 0.39 to 0.71, p<0.0001) ( Figure 5 ).
Statistical evaluation indicated that the difference in the staining intensity of the different populations of CD-immunoreactive cells was highly significant (one-way ANOVA, for CD34, F (18.306) = 389.861; P<0.0001 and for CD38, F (2.633) = 2573.162; P<0.0001).
Mantel's tests gave highly significant correlation values both between population pairs within geographic areas and for pairs of continental regions ( P < 0.0001 with 10,000 permutations).
Results obtained on protein structures showed highly significant correlations with results obtained from literature (p < 0.0001, n = 210, four different subsets).
In the unadjusted model, a highly significant positive correlation was observed between the TyG index and arthritis (OR = 1.47; 95% CI: 1.39–1.54; P < 0.0001).
Statistical analysis revealed a highly significant difference between the control group and the dropped group ( p < 0.0001), indicating the substantial contamination risk when grafts were exposed to the operating room floor.
This difference was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
Event-specific cumulative incidence curves were thus estimated from the decomposition of the EFS curves and a computer program (COMPETE) developed at the Institut Gustave-Roussy was used for the calculations. Results obtained using the competing risk approach were compared to the method of ignoring or censoring other events for the data provided here. Results The EFS curves for the three groups are shown in Figure 1. The difference in EFS between the low risk group and both high risk groups was highly significant (P<0.0001).
The logistic regression analysis revealed that 15 out of 19 agronomic factors, including “district” as an independent variable, exhibited a statistically highly significant association ( p < 0.0001) with both CLS incidence and severity when added at first (Analysis I) and last (Analysis III) into the model (Table 3 ).
The within-subject difference in sensitivity was smaller than the other group but still highly significant ( β cont = 0.43, CI = [0.24,0.63], p < 10 −4 ).
In 14 cases where we filled the three neurons (10 with prior physiology and 4 only labeled anatomically to minimize cellular damage) and reconstructed them in 3D from confocal optical sections, every feedforward neuron had more boutons contacting the contralateral M-cell than the ipsilateral one, with a highly significant difference between the two sides ( Figure 1B5 ; p<0.0001).
Within-group analysis using paired t-tests demonstrated a highly significant reduction in SPADI scores from baseline at all follow-up intervals in both groups (p < 0.0001).
Triglyceride, HDL-C and Atherogenic index of plasma There was a highly significant reduction in TG from 261.11 ± 74.13 mg/dl (baseline) to 171.94 ± 86.51 mg/dl (visit 5) in the amla extract group ( p < 0.0001 within the group), whereas the TG reduction in the placebo group was from 247.62 ± 57.70 mg/dl to 210.47 ± 65.27 mg/dl (Fig. 3 a).
We log-transformed circulating DAAM2 mRNA expression, demonstrating a highly significant increase (p < 0.0001) in circulating DAAM2 mRNA in pregnancies complicated by preterm fetal growth restriction (Fig. 1 a) compared to gestation-matched controls.
This difference was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
When comparing allelic frequencies between HIV-controllers and the PRIMO seroconverters, four SNPs located within the 6p21 (rs2395029, rs13199524, rs12198173 and rs3093662, are in bold in Table 1 ), showed highly significant differences (p<10 −4 ) that correspond to a striking enrichment in HIV-controllers for protective allelic variants associated with HIV-RNA levels.
Similarly, Figure 4C,4D presents the analysis results of the entire TCGA dataset, showing highly significant differences in survival between the low- and high-risk groups (P<0.0001), consistent with previous results.
Among these, CD2 and CD80 , which contain nearly significant ( P <1.00×10 -4 ) SNPs ( rs13904539 , rs13904683 and GGaluGA032608 ) for the antibody response to NDV, belong to the cell adhesion molecules pathway (gga04514), which involves the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) and T cell receptor genes.
10.02 ± 6.35) showed highly significant variations ( p < 0.0001).
Highly significant association was found between naive CD4 T cells and CD4+ RTE (all p-values <0.0001).
