The SII score also indicated a highly significant and strong predictive association with SIRS development, with a hazard ratio of 3.47 ( p < 0.0001).
Excerpts
Results With increasing classes of PCT levels (<0.05, 0.05-0.49, 0.5-1.99, and ≥2 ng/ml), there was a significant trend ( P < 0.0001) towards older age, male gender, wider extension of lung involvement on HRCT, worse respiratory exchanges, and several other laboratory abnormalities.
This performance is further strengthened by highly significant global p -values in 2LOmb results from all three interaction problems ( p < 0.0001) and the presence of a SNP in common among some or all pairs of two-SNP units in the three- and four-locus interaction problems.
The loads exhibited a highly significant difference on application of statistical analysis ( P < 0.0001; one-way ANOVA).
All heritability estimates were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
The present study recorded a higher prevalence of toxoplasmosis in stray cats (74.6%) than in pet cats (25.4%) with highly significant differences ( x 2 = 20.388; p = 0.0001) as shown in (Fig. 2 ).
Due to the high number of terms compared for each category (see Materials and Methods), this difference is highly significant (P<0.0001).
The model is expressed by the following equation: Y = 30.166 + 1.04125A − 1.26875B − 0.24C − 1.55AB − 0.2075AC + 0.4575BC − 2.168A 2 − 4.998B 2 − 2.7405C 2 Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that the quadratic model was highly significant (F-value = 675.07, p < 0.0001; Table 8 ).
For ANOVA analysis, the results revealed that the four models were highly significant (P < 0.0001).
The difference was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), although PASI scores were often low.
A previous cross-sectional study reported a highly significant correlation between self-reported alcohol consumption and serum HCV ribonucleic acid levels ( r = 0.26, p < 0.0001), suggesting that greater alcohol consumption was associated with higher virus levels in the blood 31 .
Highly significant association was found between naive CD4 T cells and CD4+ RTE (all p-values <0.0001).
A pairwise comparison between load levels separately for alphabetical and forward conditions showed highly significant differences (p < 0.0001) for all pairs but two.
This starkly contrasted with the control group, which exhibited a much higher activity level of 152.33±12.71 U/mg protein, with a highly significant difference ( P <0.0001).
For each of the other nine questions the overall difference between age groups was highly significant (all p<0.0001) as was the test of linear trend (all p<0.0001).
On meta-regression analysis, the combined impact of all covariates in the model explained at least some of the variance in effect size (Q = 16.21, df = 6, P= 0.0127), and the proportion of variance explained by covariates on comparing the model with and without the covariates was 73 % and highly significant (Tau2 = 0.1100, Tau = 0.3317, I2 = 86.5%, Q = .99, df = 10, P<0.0001) (R2 = 0.73).
Low- and High-Temperature Effects The Fraass fragility point determination revealed highly significant ( p < 0.0001) effects of HS and WS, in both control and short-term aging, on low temperature performance.
Results: Correlation coefficient between the levels of micro/macronutrients obtained by Nutrilog© and Nutricate© software were highly significant ( p = 0.0001) and were well-correlated (R coefficient > 0.6), indicating a very good concordance between the two methods.
On the other hand, podocyte damage groups (MCD, FSGS, MGN and amyloidosis) showed a statistically highly significant upregulation of podocyte CD73 ( p < 0.0001); the significant increase was consistent also when comparing single entities with negative controls ( p at least < 0.001).
Overall differences across histopathologic categories were highly significant (Kruskal–Wallis p < 0.0001), and there was a strong monotonic increase in OCNI across the ordered categories from benign to malignant disease (Jonckheere–Terpstra p < 0.0001).
However, hypomimia and speech impairment from V0 to V24M in males but not in females was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) ( Table 4 ).
In a sensitivity analysis excluding two studies that included patients with THPT [ 28 , 30 ], the pooled effect remained robust and highly significant (SMD = 1.68; 95% CI: 1.53 to 1.84; p < 0.0001), with negligible heterogeneity ( I 2 ≈ 0%).
Results The GWAS in this report detected a highly significant region affecting umbilical hernia around 50 Mb on SSC14 ( P < 0.0001) explaining up to 8.6% of the phenotypic variance of the trait.
We found a highly significant association between signal in the DCR6 and escape bias overall (main effect of phenotype p<0.0001, with significant within-genotype effects after controlling for multiple comparisons in CaSR +/+ and CaSR p190/p190 groups) ( Fig 4A ).
Kaplan–Meier analysis demonstrated a highly significant survival difference, with high-risk patients showing markedly worse overall survival than those in the low-risk group ( p < 0.0001; Supplementary Figure S4b ).
