Figure 6 (left panel) demonstrates that, within these 702 node-positive patients, a highly significant correlation ( P < 0.0001) existed between the numbers of RNM at presentation and the rates of LRR through 15 postoperative years.
Excerpts
Frost‐Tolerance of Twenty‐Two Alpine Species There were highly significant differences in frost tolerance (LT 50 ) among the selected plants (Figure 1 ; Df = 21, F = 41.55; p < 0.0001), ranging from −21.89°C in Oxytropis proboscidea to −0.22°C in Thalictrum alpinum (lower LT 50 value indicates higher frost‐tolerance).
Pairwise correlations (Table 5 ) were highly significant ( P <0.0001).
While the inhibitory effect of DHP/Alg was less pronounced compared to antibiotic treatment, exposure to 75 μg/mL DHP/Alg resulted in a highly significant reduction in both 16S and 23S rRNA levels (p ≤ 0.0001 for each) relative to CtE-infected untreated controls.
Results Plasma 5‐hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5‐HIAA), the major metabolite of serotonin (5‐HT), was significantly higher in delirious and non‐delirious cognitively impaired subjects as compared to control individuals without delirium and cognitive impairment ( p < 0.001 and p = 0.007), which remained highly significant after excluding patients taking psychotropic medication ( p < 0.0001 and p = 0.003).
These observations were quantitatively corroborated by fluorescence intensity analysis, which revealed a more than 3-fold increase in the FAM channel signal in chemoresistant U251 MG/TMZ cells compared to that in U251 cells, with highly significant statistical differences ( P < 0.0001, Fig. 5E ).
The odds of death in the AKI group compared to those without AKI was 3.7, which was highly significant (p < 0.0001), (95% C.I. odds 1.94-7.30).
Utilizing bc-GenExMiner v4.0 36 , 37 , we found a significant trend in DEAR1 mRNA downregulation in basal-like tumors compared to other subtypes (p < 0.0001, Supplementary Fig.
For bone-marrow spaces percentages and inflammatory cells, they were also highly significant ( p < 0.0001), and Group II (positive control) was significantly worse than all others ( p < 0.0001).
Comparison of survival curve using a log-rank (Mantel–Cox) test showed a highly significant difference between mice treated with control ATCs and mice treated with CD33GO BATs (p < 0.0001), control ATCs vs.
ANOVA results ( Supplementary material 1 , Table S5 ) indicated that the model was highly significant (P < 0.0001), while the lack-of-fit was not significant (P = 0.102 > 0.05), supporting good model adequacy within the studied region.
Of note, the overall survival of IDH-WT patients in our cohort was worse than the one of IDH-m patients and, as expected, the difference was highly significant using the Kaplan–Meier method (p < 0.0001, Log-rank test, Fig.
Considered separately for Udupi ( Figures 5A,B ) and Shimoga ( Figure 5C,D ), the differences between loads detected in the monsoon season in Udupi (3.47 × 10 3 ; IQR: 1.13 × 10 3 – 1.55 × 10 4 ) and Shimoga (5.02 × 10 3 ; IQR: 3.29 × 10 3 – 1.78 × 10 4 ) compared to the summer season in Udupi (1.55 × 10 3 ; IQR: 1.35 × 10 2 – 4.99 × 10 3 ) and Shimoga (9.18 × 10 2 ; IQR: 5.37 × 10 1 – 1.80 × 10 3 ) were again highly significant ( p = 0.0001 and p < 0.0001, respectively).
HIT was considered highly significant to identify areflexic ears ( p = 0.0001) ( Table 4 ).
A statistically highly significant interaction of beverage type × storage time was also demonstrated ( p < 0.0001).
Highly significant differences were observed in 30 traits among all 22 provenances ( p < 0.0001).
All group differences were highly significant (p<0.0001).
This model was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), although it only explains a small fraction of the variance (Nagelkerke r 2 = 0.04).
A generalized additive model (GAM) fitted to the normalized data revealed strong non-linear temporal structure in activity under all light treatments, with highly significant treatment-specific smooths of time (all F > 380, all p < 0.0001), explaining 97.6% of the variance in normalised activity (adjusted R 2 = 0.97).
We reported an extremely significant reduction in calls to nurses ( p < 0.0001).
Although this difference is highly significant (p<0.0001, t = 4.6345, df = 1355, SE = 0.058), the degree of the difference in linear dimensions is relatively small ( Fig 18 ).
Furthermore, whereas the difference in the Kd for SUFU binding between mock-treated and ERK2-treated wild-type GLI1 was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), the difference between mock-treated and ERK2-treated GLI1 7A was not statistically significant ( P = 0.57).
As shown in Figure 4 b, analysis of the GAAATT motif in the promoters of these genes by POBO shows that enrichment of this motif is highly significant (p-value < 0.0001) [ 31 ]. qPCR confirmed that expression of all cluster members was induced in response to infection with Pma ES4326, this induction was significantly suppressed in the cbp60g sard1 mutant for AGP5 , At5g52760 and CML47 ; CML46 expression was lower in the double mutant but with a high p-value of 0.097 (Figure 4 c).
