250 breast cancers have been reported (85 anastrozole [4·4%] vs 165 placebo [8·5%]; table 1 ), with a highly significant 49% reduction for all breast cancer with anastrozole (HR 0·51, 95% CI 0·39–0·66, p<0·0001).
The difference between two groups is statistical highly significant; p<0.0001.
Further, on days 7 and 14, the membrane group showed an extremely significant reduction compared to values in respective control groups (p < 0.0001).
There was a significant trend ( P < 0.0001) for progression of hepatic disease from fibrosis to cirrhosis and eventually to HCC with increasing age ( P < 0.0001).
The interaction of winter treatment and origin was highly significant (GLMM, X 2 1 = 15.2, P < 0.0001): after warm winters, spiders from the southern core region had higher probability to balloon (18 %) than after cold winters (8%).
Random simulations yielded an average of 55.4 overlaps, and the bootstrap p -value was highly significant ( p < 0.0001; Table 1 ).
Statistical significance was defined as p < 0.05, and highly significant was defined as p < 0.0001.
In a repeated measures ANOVA analysis this was highly significant ( P <0.0001) for a genotype effect on lean mass in grams in males and females ( Fig. 3B and Table 2 ).
Results: There was a highly significant improvement in DHI and HIT-6 at pre- vs. post-operative ( p < 0.0001 and p < 0.001, respectively).
The onset of TAO within 2 years after the treatment with RAI and the titer of TSHR-Abs The relation between the onset of orbitopathy symptoms in patients with GD during a two-year of follow-up after a therapeutic dose of 131 I and the titer of TSHR-Abs in the serum was highly significant ( P <0.0001).
Given the highly significant negative correlations between FAI FAT and %F in both sexes of the examined sample (males: r = − 0.5013; females: r = − 0.3564; p < 0.0001), we performed a regression analysis identifying body misperception for subjects with FAI FAT ≥ 2 or ≤ − 2 (Figs. 1 and 2 ) in accordance with previous studies [ 41 , 42 ] on the interpretation of perceived figure (Feel figure) and actual anthropometric values.
The results are statistically highly significant WOMAC osteoarthritis index at V1: (4.24 ± 1.94/6.19 ± 1.79; p < 0.0001, t test and Wilcoxon test), not significant at V2: p = 0.1636, highly significant at V3: p = 0.0009, and significant at V4: p = 0.0123 (Fig. 4 ).
Patients with presence of vascular invasion also showed a significant trend toward worse overall survival ( Table 2 ; Figure 2C ) and recurrence-free survival ( Figure 2D ) compared to the patients with absence of vascular invasion ( P <0.0001).
Indeed, the TFI was highly significant ( χ 2 (1) = 45.88, p < .0001, OR = 0.000002, 95% CI = [4.73e−08, 0.00009]).

The difference between Control and Supplemented group was overall highly significant (effect of supplement, P < 0.0001), with a significant interaction with time (P < 0.0001) as the effects were mostly measured from d42 and even stronger at d49 and d56 (mean concentration were for Control and Supplemented group respectively, of 2.9 ± 0.2, vs 7.0 ± 0.4 Log 10 copies of 16S rDNA/g of rumen content at d49 and of 2.6 ± 0.3 vs 7.7 ± 0.3 Log 10 copies of 16S rDNA/g of rumen content at d56).
