This was clearly significantly different from the value obtained with rERK2-LOC (IF = 18.37% ± 0.80, n = 20, p ≤ 0.0001).
A substantial proportion of genetic variation was related to differences among groups (SSR, 8.85%; Cyt b , 47.45%; CR, 44.03%), with highly significant F ST values (SSR, F ST = 0.0612, P < 0.0001; Cyt b , F ST = 0.5291, P < 0.0001; CR, F ST = 0.5792, P < 0.0001) ( Wright, 1978 ) ( Table 3 ).
Based on 20 independent runs, a paired t-test on accuracy values confirms a highly significant difference (t(19) = 55.37, p < 0.0001), providing strong evidence against the null hypothesis.
Scheiner described RAID (Rapid Access, Interface & Discharge) team interventions in the UK (n = 101) and reported highly significant mean reduction in ED attendances ( p < 0.0001), though the effects were smaller for patients with alcohol-related presentations compared to other FAs [ 24 ].
At a higher dose (1%), the difference was highly significant (15.3 ± 3.7% treatment versus 84.5 ± 3.7% control, n = 10, p < 0.0001; 1.9 ± 0.8 and 8.3 ± 0.9 in treatment and control, respectively).
2a ), with a highly significant difference between TTS-patients and controls ( p < 0.0001).
This was a highly significant ( P < 0.0001) difference.
Notably, significant suppression of proliferative activity was observed at 24 h (P < 0.05), with highly significant inhibition and negative proliferation observed at 72 h (P < 0.0001).
Furthermore, quantification revealed a highly significant ( P = 0.0001) fourfold reduction in the average number of Kyn + cells in D-1MT–treated animals ( Fig. 3 B ).
The study revealed a highly significant reduction in the rate of major cardiovascular events with descending levels of LDL-cholesterol ( p < 0.0001) with a decrease of 22 percent in combined cardiovascular end point (including coronary artery disease, nonfatal MI, and resuscitated cardiac arrest and a reduction of 20 percent in cardiac deaths with lower LDL levels) [ 24 ].
Hypercapnia induced a highly significant increase in POBF values in NTG with a mean increase of 30.4% ( P = 0.0001) but little change was noted in controls whose mean change was 1.1% ( P = 0.7).
The analysis revealed that the Blanc treatment positively improved tooth brightness across all three experiments, with a highly significant effect ( p < 0.0001).
Increases in growth velocity were highly significant for participants with a baseline growth velocity <5 cm/year (n = 14, p < 0.0001) but were not significant for those whose baseline growth velocity was above this cut-off (n = 10, p = 0.13).
The spline model still fit in a comparable way to the covariate-only model (AIC 195 850 vs 196 551; ΔAIC ≈ 702), and a LRT confirmed a highly significant nonlinear PM 2 . 5 –DFI relationship ( χ 2 4 = 709.6, P < 0.0001).
Actual renal clearance during subnormothermic machine perfusion, however, yielded a much closer and highly significant correlation ( r 2 = 0·82; P = 0·0001) with ulterior kidney function upon reperfusion.
We further noted that the expression of ICAM-1 in de-differentiated tumors, defined as those with low PMEL expression (Supplementary Table 5 ), was a highly significant prognostic factor, where low ICAM-1 expression correlated with diminished MSS ( p < 0.0001, HR 25.1, 95% CI 6.0–104.6) with median survival of 8.4 months ( n = 10) for low ICAM-1 expression compared with an estimated 128.4 months ( n = 9) for high ICAM-1 expression (Fig. 5b ).
