Furthermore, an Area Under the Curve (AUC) analysis ( Figure S4E ) confirmed a highly significant overall hearing deficit in the Foxi1 N155del/+ mice (95% CI = [1254, 1675]; P < 0.0001; t-test).
In addition, the quadratic term X 3 2 (LOR2) was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), along with a large negative coefficient (−272.987), confirming the strong nonlinear suppressive effect of higher LOR concentrations on the nanoparticle size.
The difference was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), exceeding the trial’s efficacy threshold.
Twelve minutes after adding the drug significant (P<0.01) differences were detected between motility of sensitive and resistant lines, and from 6 hours onwards the difference was highly significant (P<0.0001).
PCM1 knockdown resulted in highly significant (p ≤ 0.0001) reduction of GABARAP at the PCM ( Figures 4 A, 4B, and S3 A) and a small increase in γ-tubulin.
There was a positive and highly significant correlation between DWI on the day of sampling and blood glucose levels, both when all voles are considered ( Figure 3 : N = 187: Z = 8.645; Rho = 0.634; P <0.0001) and when PD voles ( Figure 4 : n = 38: Z = 2.964; Rho = 0.487; P = 0.0030) and non-PD voles ( Figure 5 : n = 149; Z = 4.49; Rho = 0.369; P <0.0001) are analysed separately.
A three-way ANOVA illustrates that all individual factors except for temperature (ANOVA, p = 0.11, df = 2, 54) and all interactive factors had a highly significant influence on cell density ( p < 0.0001).
10.1136/bmjgh-2019-001837.supp2 Supplementary data Correlations of anaemia between children and women Despite the fact that the prevalence of anaemia in women was much lower than in children, the prevalence of total anaemia, moderate+severe anaemia and mean haemoglobin concentration between children and women showed a highly significant, strong positive correlation (0.80, 0.76, 0.79, respectively; p<0.0001 for all).
For each metal the GLM model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) (Table 1 ).
Differences among median results obtained at the three times of observation were all highly significant ( P < 0.0001; Figure 1 A).
The repeated measures ANOVA revealed a highly significant difference between paired and unpaired groups (F = 56.93; df = 5,114; P < 0.0001; partial η 2 = 0.71; power = 1.00).
These results prove notable differences in the size of the glomeruli, which are highly significant with p < 0.0001.
When pooled together, the two groups of lines “low RAS/RT ratio” (L8, L82, and L44) and “high RAS/RT ratio” (L92, L12, L118, L14, L57, and L39) were clearly separated in terms of average RAS/RT ratio, the difference being highly significant (respectively 9.15 < 19.35 g/g; Student t -test p < 0.0001).
Comparison of the hourly mean values of P1 with those of P2 yields a highly significant correlation coefficient (p < 0.0001, n = 24).
By contrast, for HCC44, the most imetelstat sensitive line, the difference was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
Analysis of their survival curves indicated that these decreases were highly significant (S‐Cairns: χ 2 = 175.8, df = 1, P < 0.0001; R‐TL: χ 2 = 60.61, df = 1, P < 0.0001; R‐BC: χ 2 = 85.02, df = 1, P < 0.0001; Fig. 1(a) ).
