The formation of these highly significant, cohesive subnetworks (all P < 0.0001) indicates that the candidate targets for each disease are not randomly distributed but form core functional units within the human interactome, thereby supporting their biological relevance to the respective pathophysiology.
Excerpts
Most of the 17 spruce species had a ground diameter of approximately 2 cm, still, the differences among species were highly significant ( P < 0.0001), and the basal diameters ( BD 6 ) of P. meyeri and P. schrenkiana were relatively small, showing poor environmental adaptability (Fig. 3 B).
Among them, all DVH (V 5 -V 30 , MLD) and volume (ITV, PTV, TV, LPR) parameters exhibited highly significant between-group differences ( p < 0.0001) and large effect sizes (absolute Cohen’s d > 1).
The interaction between maturity and stress was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) and this result was confirmed by all the pairwise comparisons among the stressed vs. control groups.
The chi-square values in the table indicates that the three smoothing terms i.e., EWMA temperature, humidity and their interaction are highly significant (P < 0.0001).
Moreover, a negative correlation between TP and circulating CREA (ρ = −0.540; p = 0.004), which in turn markedly correlated with ALT and moderately with UREA in a negative and highly significant way [(ρ = −0.703; p < 0.0001) and (ρ = −0.560; p < 0.0001), respectively] was found.
There was a significant trend towards a decrease in average ED LOS 282 (standard error of mean [SEM] ± 19) vs 185 (± 13) minutes ( p = 0.0001).
The interaction between ROI and model type was highly significant ( F (5,45) = 49.364, p < 0.0001).
The association between CT repeatability and the wind parameters (average wind speed, maximum wind speed and wind direction) were generally poor and not significant, with the exception of 2016 ArduCrop where correlations were highly significant ( P < 0.0001) and ranged from 0.24 to 0.28.
Statistical findings reinforced this approach: A one-way ANOVA on mean percent change in Cp showed a strong group effect [F(2,36) = 50.42, p < 0.0001)], with post hoc Tukey HSD tests revealing no significant difference between Non-Responders and Placebo (mean difference = 0.25%, p = 0.998), but large, highly significant differences between Responders and Placebo (mean difference = 35.74%, p < 0.0001) and Responders and Non-Responders (mean difference = 35.49%, p < 0.0001).
By an adaption of the binomial test this level of success was highly significant (p<0.0001).
Except wattle width ( p < 0.05), the remaining seven of these eight discriminant traits showed highly significant phenotypic variation ( p < 0.0001 to p < 0.01) between female sample chicken populations.
The inverse relationship between the axons’ regeneration probabilities and the sizes of their cell bodies was highly significant (r = 0.92, p < 0.0001; Figure 1 C). 3.2.
A highly significant association was observed between mutation type and gene (Chi 2 = 958.8; p < 0.0001).
These observations were supported by highly significant effects of Period (F (1,17) = 89.00 P < 0.0001), Session (F (7,119) = 28.51, P < 0.0001) and of the Session X Period interaction (F (7,119) = 11.69, P < 0.0001).
All three factors had highly significant effects ( p < 0.0001), and signal intensity levels were compared between the species using Student’s t -test on residuals after the effects of Dye and Subarray had been removed.
Prin1 showed a highly significant correlation to the genomic GC content ( R = 0.9394, p < 0.0001), indicating that, to a large extent, genomic GC content determined amino acid usage.
Effect of Process Variables on Sphericity Factor and Roundness Table 2 shows that both the sphericity factor and roundness were significantly influenced by the independent variables with highly significant regression models ( p < 0.0001), high coefficients of determination (R 2 > 0.98) and non-significant lack of fit ( p > 0.05).
The association with pN-category was highly significant ( p < 0.0001); the percentage of cases with ECG doubled from category pN1 to pN2 and tripled from pN1 to pN3 (pN1: n = 89, ECG 19%; pN2: n = 59, ECG = 41%; pN3: n = 51, ECG = 63%).
Starting from the 0 dB, the first segment (0–14 dB) had a positive trend with significant variability increase ( P < 0.0001), the intermediate segment (14–32 dB) had a negative slope with a significant variability reduction ( P < 0.0001), while the last segment (32–35 dB) had a positive slope with a variability increase ( P < 0.0001).
For all assays, the effect of sa-mRNA dose (1.0 vs 0.01 μg) was highly significant (p < 0.0001, 2-way ANOVA).
Consequently, the AHRU group showed higher scores in all three scoring systems, with a highly significant difference (all p < 0.0001) in comparison to the non-AHRU group (CHAMPS: 2.5 (2, 4) vs. 1 (0, 2); NOBLADS: 4 (3, 5) vs. 3 (2, 4); ABC: 3.5 (2, 7) vs. 2 (1, 4)), suggesting that AHRU was potentially associated with worse clinical outcomes.
Kruskal-Wallis tests revealed highly significant differences among the five experimental groups across all assessed metrics, including Observed features ( p = 0.0001), Shannon index ( p = 0.013), and Faith’s Phylogenetic Diversity ( p = 0.0003).
