Every time point's t -test reveals highly significant differences (all p < 0.0001), suggesting that FBS levels alter significantly over the course of the follow-up.
Excerpts
A highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001) was observed between the 2:1 treatment, and both 1:1 and PFOA only treatments, with respect to lethal concentration and apparent neurobehavioral effects, suggesting an effectively reduced toxicity of the fully complexed PFOA.
The Kruskal–Wallis test indicated a highly significant difference in plasma PlGF concentrations (P < 0.0001; Figure 2 ) between groups.
We found a highly significant correlation between FCP levels and CDEIS scores (rho = 0.913, P -value < 0.0001, Fig. 1 ).
Critically, simple main effects confirmed that differences in atypicality between fluency and mastery portraits were highly significant for both phases, t1 ( M diff = 3.00), F (1, 11) = 214.08, p < .0001, p 2 = .951 and t2 ( M diff = 2.20), F (1, 11) = 36.46, p < .0001, p 2 = .768.
In Table 1 , the linear effect of BMI in the Cox model for men is insignificant ( p = 0.876), but the test of PH assumption is highly significant ( p = 0.0001).
Importantly, when we analysed half-life across all infections (treated and untreated), there was a highly significant interaction between the effect of drug treatment and parasite genotype ( = 9.10, P < 0.0001; compare Fig. 2 B,C; Table S1.5 ), as well as significant negative correlations with pre-peak growth rate and parasite density at peak (which were independent of differences between parasite lines) (intrinsic growth rate = 4.15, P = 0.049; density at peak = 9.48, P < 0.005; Table S1.5 ).
Eleven of these were within-serogroup switches, representing a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) enrichment based on the observed serotype distribution.
It shows that the major source of variation was the gene factor, and that there was a highly significant interaction between the gene factor on the one hand, and time, TNF or PL on the other hand (P<0.0001), whereas the interaction between the gene factor and RBC appeared to be weaker (P = 0.04).
For qPCR validation, we selected genes representing different functional categories within the WGCNA red module: (1) TIMP1—the hub gene identified by machine learning; (2) HCLS1 and C5AR1—two of the five candidate genes with known immune regulatory functions; (3) THBS4 (Thrombospondin 4)—although not among the final five candidate genes, THBS4 was a highly significant DEG (log2FC = 8.36, p < 0.0001) within the red module with established roles in extracellular matrix remodeling and cardiac fibrosis ( 28 ).
These characteristic changes in distribution were observed throughout many bacterial species, most being highly significant (marked *** for p < 0.0001).
The differences in gene expression were highly significant for each gene individually (compared to normal B cells; p < 0.0001, Mann Whitney) and considered as a set ( p < 0.0001, Kruskall-Wallis).
Figure 2a , depicts a marked difference in the diestrus phase duration within the DMPA-treated group before and after administration, showing a highly significant difference ( p <0.0001).
3.2 Menopause rating scale and menopause-specific quality of life questionnaire The individual change for the domains (psychological and urogenital) in week 4 was also highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
The incidence rate showed a rapidly increasing trend from 1975 to 1987, with an APC of 3.3% (95% confidence interval [CI] = 2.8–3.9%, P < 0.0001), while this increase slowed from 1988 to 2001 (APC = 0.8%, 95% CI = 0.4–1.1%, P < 0.0001), and was followed by a decreasing trend from 2002 to 2016 (APC= −0.7%, 95% CI= −0.9% to −0.5%, P < 0.0001).
A similar pattern was seen in the control group, where the correlations were also highly significant ( P < .0001), with the exception of the correlations between MIAT and lincRNA-Cox2 ( P = .005) and between PACER and lincRNA-Cox2 ( P = .003).
The average Spearman correlation between the scores of the four hypoxia profiles was 0.82 and highly significant (range 0.71–0.90, p -values < 0.0001, Figure 2 A), demonstrating that the four gene expression profiles rank patients similarly.
The difference was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
The analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed on the three quadratic polynomial regression models with response values of FRAP, TEAC and TPC and the results showed that the three models were extremely significant ( p < 0.0001), with F values of 27.52, 31.18 and 28.46, respectively ( Table 4 ).
Among the four primary tumor types described, we observed a significant trend toward improved cPFS with anti-PD1+anti-CTLA4 ICI versus anti-PD1 alone in mucosal melanoma (p=0.0001, figure 4C ).
The model was found to be highly significant, with an F -value of 118.2 ( p < 0.0001), while the lack-of-fit term was nonsignificant ( p = 0.9015), confirming the adequacy and robustness of the model.
All vaccinated groups showed 0% mortality when challenged, which was highly significant compared to the non-vaccinated controls (40 and 28% mortality eight and twenty-six weeks post vaccination (wpv), respectively) (P<0.0001).
