Excerpts
Independent utility analysis of route of administration Analysis of administration route controlling for disease classification injection remained highly significant (β = − 0.093, p < 0.001), indicating that dislike of injections is not solely due to disease severity (Table 3 ).
Results This study found that there is an effect of coronavirus infection on the bone strength measured by the Mean of the OPG level, which was found to be highly significant in the serum of post-COVID-19 patients when compared with non-COVID-19 subjects (P-value = 0.001), but the Mean of ACE-2 level was statistically non-significant between the two groups (P-value = 0.13).
There were also highly significant correlations demonstrated between MSS and NED colonoscopy comfort score ( P < .001), polyp detection rate ( P < .001), and cecal intubation rate ( P < .001).
There was a highly significant association between sex and color blindness ( p =0.001) (Table 2 ).
The highly significant p value (p < 0.001) further supports the conclusion that surgical treatment results in substantially faster resolution of trigger thumb than conservative management.
Quality of Life, Utility Weights, and QALYs Within both treatment groups, we observed highly significant improvements ( P < 0.001) in the overall scores in the ICIQ-LUTSqol at 4 months (mean change Internet 4.8 [SD 6.1], Postal 4.6 [SD 6.7]), and at 1 year (mean change compared with baseline; Internet 5.3 [SD 6.4], Postal 4.5 [SD 6.4]).
A two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that the effects of genotypes were highly significant ( P < 0.001) among most of the phenotypic traits, except root average diameter (RAD) showed a weak significant difference ( P < 0.05) (Table 1 ).
We tested this by adding age 2 to the regression models and found, indeed, a significant nonlinear effect of age on GCL and IPL volume (both P < 0.001), and a borderline significant effect for total retina volume ( P = 0.001), indicating a further acceleration of volume or thickness loss beyond the sixth decade.
One-way ANOVA showed that after using the FTRS app, THI scores showed a decreasing trend ( p < 0.001).
A chi-square test comparing the frequency of A-IGH and B-IGH usage across the different B cell subsets showed a highly significant difference ( P < 0.001), indicating a strong association between B cell phenotype and locus usage, strongly favoring the use of B-IGH locus BCRs in differentiated B lineage cells that have not undergone class switching.
The abundance of Chloroflexi had a markedly negatively relationship with available potassium ( r = −.99, p < .001) and total carbon ( r = −.82, p = .001), and the Bacteroidetes exhibited a highly significant positive correlation with available potassium ( r = .90, p < .001) and total carbon ( r = .81, p = .001), then Nitrospirae ( r = −.95, p < .001) were significantly negatively correlated with soil available potassium.
Highly significant ( P < 0.001) differences were observed among treatments for plant height (PH), panicle length (PL), number of the total spike (NTS), shoot dry weight (SDW), grain yield (GY), and straw yield (SY).
These decreases were statistically highly significant as determined by One-way ANOVA analysis (P < 0.001).
One-way ANOVA showed that this difference was highly significant statistically ( F: value 5.653, P < 0.001) ( Table 2 ).
GraphPad Prism version 8.0 (CA, USA) was used for the analysis, and significant differences were assessed using one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post-hoc test (significant at p < 0.05, very significant p < 0.01, and highly significant p < 0.001).
When using the 80th percentile cut-off point (ie, abnormal or borderline range), 42 (93%) children were above the cut-off point at baseline, while the respective figure at the 6-month follow-up was 23 (51%) children, indicating a highly significant change ( P <.001).
The model demonstrated exceptional fit with a pseudo R 2 of 0.450 and a highly significant likelihood ratio test ( P < 0.001), indicating that the model explains 45% of the variance in TBP diagnosis.
After controlling for these effects, I found that mean hemoglobin concentrations differed significantly between urban zones ( F 1,25 = 3.23, P = 0.036), showing a decreasing trend from the most urbanized areas to the natural-like habitats in the suburbs (contrast analysis: F = 13.00, df = 1, P = 0.001; Figure 3 A).
Quantitative analysis revealed highly significant differences in spermidine levels between OIPN and CONT groups across all nutritional strata: in the whole cohort ( Figure 3F , p < 0.001), the malnutrition group ( Figure 3G , p < 0.001), and the well-nourished group ( Figure 3H , p < 0.001).
Improved semantic accuracy: All models showed a highly significant improvement in verb semantic accuracy (Semantic Accuracy-V) and comprehensive semantic accuracy (Semantic Accuracy-C) ( p < 0.001).
The increase in variance was highly significant: F (4, 116) = 5.94, p < .001.
