This difference was statistically highly significant ( p < 0.001).
3.5 Genetic differentiation and Bayesian clustering of phenotype sorted samples Moderately large and highly significant genetic differentiation was observed between the sympatric spotty and plain wrasse sampled in Galicia, as revealed by the 82 SNPs (pairwise F ST = 0.025, p < .001; Table 3 ).
In the conventional technique (group III) on the buccal side in both subgroups (RMGIC and resin cement), grade II or III microleakage was not reported in either group, which was highly significant at p = 0.001, followed by the Hall's with SDF using resin cement, and the highest amount of microleakage was shown by the Hall's technique alone using RMGIC cement.
We identified highly significant correlations between the plasma level of PDGF and the plaque GSM (r = 0.37; p < 0.001; Figure 2 A) as well as an inverse association between the plasma level of HGF and plaque GSM (r = 0.20; p < 0.001; Figure 2 B).

The level of significance of “ p ” value at a 95% confidence interval was calibrated as—nonsignificant— p > 0.05; significant—0.01, p < 0.05; and highly significant— p < 0.001.
Based on two-way ANOVA, there was a highly significant interaction between treatment and genotype ( F (1,36) = 41.78, p < 0.001 ).
Symptomatic knee In all the present analyses, the baseline values were highly significant, where lower (worse) score was associated with clinically relevant change (p ≤ 0.001).
2 B ) revealed a highly significant growth trajectory in this field from 2003 to 2024 (β = 1.06, R2=0.5907, p < 0.001).

The results revealed a more highly significant correlation between spleen volume and spleen length (r 2 =0.633, P<0.001) in comparison to spleen thickness (r 2 =0.5664, P<0.001) and spleen width (r 2 =0.572, P<0.001) ( Fig. 3 , Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 ).
Epimedium brevicornu showed highly significant differences in the stomatal area compared to E. davidii (mean difference = 261.01, p < 0.001), E. fangii (mean difference = 252.50, p < 0.001), and E. franchetii (mean difference = 218.51, p < 0.001), but exhibited minor differences with E. sagittatum and E. stellulatum ( p ≥ 0.05).
Additionally, the DTF was significantly higher in the success group (37 ± 19%) relative to the failed group (29 ± 8%), with a highly significant t-value of 4.118 and P-value of < 0.001.
The degree of asso- ciation was evaluated from a 2 x 2 contingency table with a chi-square statistic and was found to be highly significant (x2 = 23.7, P << 0.001; see Materials and Methods).
