Upon stratification of the study population by quintile of salt consumption, a progressive increase in iodine intake was apparent across quintiles with a significant trend (Jonckheere–Terpstra test for trend, p < 0.001) in the whole population and both male and female participants ( Table 2 ).
Excerpts
A highly significant main effect of depression severity emerged [F(5,161) = 22.28, p < 0.001], in which less severe patients had higher SHS scores, and more severe, lower scores.
As expected, VO 2 max levels were lower for girls than for boys and these differences were highly significant (t = −43.68, df = 4906, p < 0.001).
This improvement was found to be highly significant (t(24) = −9.798, p < 0.001).
The correlation between buildup and mean performance on Digits 1 to 3 was indeed highly significant, r (14) = 0.79, p <.001.
However, scatter plots demonstrated that there were highly significant correlations between measurements obtained from CT and MRI-DIXON-F images, in terms of peripouch fat thickness (r = 0.823, P < 0.001,Fig. 4a ), AreaM (r = 0.773, P < 0.001, Fig. 4b ) and AreaH (r = 0.862, P < 0.001, Fig. 4c ).
Cognitive function among the participants Assessment of cognitive function showed that the mean total MoCA score for the diabetic subjects (21.7 ± 5.6) was lower than that of the non-diabetic controls (26.5 ± 2.1), and the difference was highly significant ( P = 0.001).
Thus, the following simple multiple-linear regression model without interaction effects was calculated: (1) Mean Total System Time for Severely Injured Patients = 335.88 − 0.71 Medical Specialists − 3.34 Medical Assistants − 9.57 Rotation Physicians − 0.17 General Nurses − 2.98 Surgical Assistants − 8.88 Surgical Nurses − 34.61 Radiology Assistants Please note that most of the independent staff category variables had a highly significant ( p -value < 0.001) or high significant ( p -value < 0.01) impact on the dependent variable mean total system time for severely injured patients, while only the independent variable number of general nurses had no significant impact ( p -value = 0.12) as shown in Table 5 and in Figure 4 , the Pareto chart of the standardized effects.
An RCT in overweight PCOS patients ( n = 122) found highly significant improvement ( p < 0.001) in the primary outcome of oligomenorrhea/amenorrhea after 3 months of treatment. 44 The trial compared effect of a LI alone, with LI plus a botanical medicine protocol.
When comparing the surgical degenerate cohort to the healthy samples, which showed an average 50% cell immunopositivity, a markedly significant difference was observed ( P ≤ 0.001) (data not shown).
A comparison of the differences between the mean GR value of each of the pasta samples and the mean GR value of the reference food, showed that such differences were, as expected, highly significant ( p < 0.001).
However, only hCRTAC1-A and dlCrtac1a caused a highly significant enhancement ( p < 0.001 and p < 0.005, respectively) in scratch recovery compared to the control cells ( Figure 1 B). 2.3.
However, for cardiovascular mortality, C-index improvement was highly significant with a C-index difference of 0.038 ( p = 0.001) for the Singulex and 0.042 ( p < 0.001) for the Abbott assay) ( Table 2 ). 5.
1 G revealed a highly significant positive correlation ( p < 0.001) between TPC, TFC and FRAP, ABTS + free radical scavenging activity in all three onion varieties, with the correlation coefficient exceeding 0.85; in contrast, SASC and DPPH free radical scavenging activity presented a significant positive correlation ( p < 0.05) independent of the above indices.
The regression model was highly significant, F (8, 71) = 27.697, p < .001, explaining 75.7% of the variance in post-intervention ESAS scores ( R 2 = .757).
However, for head position, although there was also no main effect, there was a highly significant interaction between head position and wave [F (2, 18) = 13.0, P < 0.001], such that the second wave had a highest response in head-down position, in contrast to the first wave that was maximal in the neutral position ( Fig. 5 B ).
Construct validity The correlations between global ratings (Oral health and overall wellbeing) and the total score ( r = 0.54 and r = 0.46), the subscales: oral symptoms ( r = 0.41 and r = 0.38), functional limitations ( r = 0.38 and r = 0.34), emotional wellbeing ( r = 43 and r = 43), social wellbeing ( r = 45 and r = 41) were weak but highly significant ( p < 0.001) (Table 4 ).
The result of Mardia's test of multivariate normality was highly significant ( z = 27.04, p < 0.001).
The Mann–Whitney U test revealed a highly significant difference (U = 51, P < 0.001).
Differences were considered statistically significant at p <0.05, very significant at p <0.01 and extremely significant at p <0.001.
In particular, the differences in EPA, DHA, γ-linolenic acid, AA, and EPA/ AA ratio were highly significant (all P < 0.001).
Quantification of the staining density using digital image analysis showed that there was a highly significant increase in the lipid content of CRLP-treated monocytes when compared to cells exposed to the control preparation ( P < 0.001, paired Student's t test) ( Figure 1 B).
3.) While there was a highly significant CS+/CS- difference during the end of acquisition (p <.001 for the post-hoc t- Test), the difference between CS+ and CS- nearly disappeared for the extinction (p<.06, one- sided.).
Hub Gene Expression Pattern In the validation population, RFI in the high feed efficiency group ranged from −0.089 to −0.004 g/d (mean: −0.017 g/d), while that in the low feed efficiency group ranged from 0.006 to 0.034 g/d (mean: 0.017 g/d), showing a highly significant difference between the two groups ( p < 0.001).
