A highly significant difference was observed for en bloc resection rates of rectal lesions (69.6 % vs. 97.5 %; P < 0.001), but not for lesions localized proximal to the rectum.
Excerpts
A highly significant improvement was observed in the primary outcome-quantity of vaginal discharge-at follow-up (Wald χ 2 = 188.89, p < 0.001), with a marked reduction in the likelihood of severe discharge (OR = 51.52; 95% CI: 29.37-90.38).
Dark adaptation had a highly significant effect on both CRAE and CRVE ( P =0.001 and P < 0.0001, respectively), leading to increases in vessel diameters in both the fasting condition and during hyperglycemia ( Figure 1 ).
A total of 12 lines showed extremely significant ( p ≤ 0.001) and stable higher SOC than recurrent parent ‘Emian22’ (Additional file 12 : Table S11), and 15 QTL were detected to be related to SOC using BLUPed data; of these QTL, 12 were firstly characterized and only two QTL for SOC have been reported previously in an interspecific population (Table 3 ) [ 43 ].
Notably, chromosomal usage following treatment with pioglitazone or endiandrin A showed a moderately high correlation (r s = 0.66) and a high correlation with the FABP4 hi subset (r s = 0.74 and 0.88 respectively) all which were highly significant ( p < 0.001).
Both differences were highly significant (attitudinal differential F 1,252 =41.151, P <.001; trust differential F 1,252 =134.656, P <.001).
In particular, emotional neglect showed strong significance in both models ( p < 0.001), while emotional abuse was highly significant for PAMA ( p < 0.001) and marginally substantial for EPDS ( p = 0.006).
A highly significant difference was found for the age of admission between men and women (Chi-square with Yates correction, p<0.001).
The partial correlations were only slightly lower than the bivariate correlations (by a factor of 1.0 to 1.3), and all partial correlations were highly significant (all p < 0.001), suggesting that most of the effect of age on d ′ scores cannot be attributed to the correlation between age and absolute threshold.
ANOVA tests demonstrated highly significant ( p < 0.001) differences in the percentage of total sales that were fruit and vegetables between the time periods relating to baseline, intervention A and intervention B (Table 1 ).
One-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant effect of time ( p < 0.001, F = 37.7; n = 17–19 images per group).
Depth was a highly significant factor associated to the density of jigs in all periods (p<0.001; except in Year 1 when it was marginally non-significant).
For mitochondrial SNPs, all three levels of variance partitioning were highly significant ( p < 0.001), with most of the variation occurring between locations (South America and Antarctica, 89.6%) and a minor proportion occurring between mitotypes within locations (7.8%) and among individuals (2.6%).
These groupings were highly significant (p < .001) as shown in Tables 7 and 8 .
Also highly significant (P < 0.001) but more moderate values of correlations (from 0.39 to 0.56) were observed between WG and PC with LES and hematocrit level (HEMA), and between HEMA and LES.
Furthermore, while the main effect of condition was highly significant (F = 26, p<0.001), a significant interaction between age group and condition (F = 5.3, p = 0.024) suggests that the anchoring effect was susceptible to developmental changes.
Correlation between the mRNA ViRP scores and the original protein ViRP scores in all the 54 evaluated patients was highly significant (Pearson R 2 = 0.75 P < .001) (Fig 1 D), and the mRNA ViRP score related to pCR also demonstrated a significantly ( P = .016) lower score in the pCR compared to non-pCR patients (Fig 1 E).
For HP, a significant reduction was observed at 12 months but was only marginally significant at 24 months, probably due to the large between-patient variation (IQR = 13% at 24 months versus 6.7% at 12 months) (median decrease of BMD by -2.4%, P < 0.001 and -5.7%, P = 0.09, respectively); however, only 11 patients (22%) became osteopenic and 2 (4%) became osteoporotic.
Contrasts analysis showed that the effect of l-mequitazine 10 mg alone was highly significant compared to placebo ( p < 0.001).
Awareness of diagnosis was highly significant (p<0.001): more than half of those aware of their diagnosis (51.6%) expressed concerns, compared with 23.4% of those who were not aware.
In unrelieved custom trays, the pressure was greater over the ridge crest than over the palate.[ 23 ] On comparing all our samples, initial pressures at all the locations were found to be higher than the end pressures and this difference was found to be statistically highly significant ( P < 0.001) [ Graph 3 ].
Results ∆CH and ∆CRF = −0.78 ± 1.56 and −0.72 ± 2.15, respectively, and a highly significant difference was found between each of the pre- and postoperative CH and CRF ( p < 0.001). 18 eyes had single EOM surgery, while 24 had multiple (2 or 3) EOM surgery; ∆CH in the single group = −1.28 ± 1.5, and ∆CH in the multiple group = 0.4 ± 1.49 ( p =0.07). 23 eyes had EOM weakening surgery, while 18 had combined weakening and strengthening EOM surgery: ∆CH in the weakening group = −1.24 ± 1.77 and ∆CH in combined group = −0.26 ± 1.07 ( p =0.04).
The Sample factor had a highly significant effect on the dependent variable (F(6,126) = 352.97, p < 0.001), indicating that different samples influenced the results to a significant extent.
RESULTS The results of the present experiment revealed highly significant ( P <0.001) scolicidal effects against protoscolices of E. granulosus for all of the various concentrations of S. persica ethanolic extract, compared to the control results, both within the same period of time and different periods as shown in Table 1 .
The GLM analysis revealed highly significant effects of isolate, pruning wound age, and their interaction for each cultivar ( p < 0.001 for all factors), indicating that lesion length was influenced by both factors and their interaction ( Table 1 ).
