Mantel tests of pair-wise geographic distances and genetic distances, measured as F ST or as percentage of allele differences among populations, detected highly significant correlations (0.59 < r < 0.82; P < 0.001; Figure 1 B) accounting for up to 67% of the variance.

A significant effect of the co-culture conditions revealed that culture of hBM-MSCs in tumour spheroids with MDA-MB-231s and T47Ds had a highly significant effect on the spheroid size of hBM-MSCs across 5 days (hBM-MSCs alone, +MDA-MB-231s or +T47Ds; F (2,6) = 357.792, p = 0.001).
Comparable highly significant ( p < 0.001) positive dynamics in the EF was observed in both groups after 6 months from the start of the treatment and by the end of the study ( Figure 3 ).
Moderating effect of indecisiveness on rumination and depressive symptoms Utilizing a robust Wald test, the overall model fit was highly significant, R 2 = 0.54, χ 2 (9) = 268.46, p < 0.001.
Log–log regression further revealed a highly significant allometric exponent (β = 0.47, p < 0.001), indicating sub-isometric scaling, whereby proportional investment in stone mass declined with increasing fruit size.
One-way ANOVA followed by Tukey HSD post-hoc tests confirmed highly significant differences (p < 0.001) in all metabolic markers across clusters ( Figures 2D–J ).
The Genetic Differentiation among Clam Populations The overall genetic differentiation among these populations was moderate but highly significant (global F st = 0.066, p < 0.001),indicating the existence of the genetic heterogeneity among populations.

In fact, among the three populations, extremely significant differences were found for CYP4C67 [ F ( 2 , 27 ) = 21.056, P < 0.001], CYP4C68 [ F ( 2 , 27 ) = 14.979, P < 0.001], CYP4C70 [ F ( 2 , 27 ) = 28.084, P < 0.001], and CYP4DB1 [ F ( 2 , 27 ) = 19.673, P < 0.001].
Brown pod rot ( Phytophthora spp.) was the second most frequently reported constraint, exhibiting highly significant spatial variation ( P < 0.001).
Notably, the observed shifts in down- and upregulated parameters were highly significant for both, brain and liver tissue ( p ≤ 0.001) (Fig. 2 C), and highly significant changes exist by comparing brain with liver tissue utilizing the Fisher ́s exact test.
We found highly significant correlations (from r = 0.63 to r = 0.89, p < 0.001) between estimated percentages of symptomatic plants in independent trials (data not shown).
There was a highly significant main effect of Group, F (2, 49) = 44.520, p < 0.001, η p 2 = 0.645, as scores decreased with increased attention impairment (see Figure 2 ).

The F -test with true value 0 (25.24, both for individual measurements and for mean measurements) was highly significant ( p < 0.001).
This creates a “shunting inhibition” effect: the leaky membrane creates a low-resistance path that prevents the accumulation of charge necessary for threshold depolarization. Statistical analysis ( Figure ) confirms that while peak current magnitude shows high variance ( p = 0.110), the increase in hysteresis energy is highly significant ( p < 0.001).
