The highly significant p -value ( p -value < 0.001) reinforces the model's reliability.
Excerpts
While our cohort was adequate to detect the primary outcomes, as evidenced by the highly significant differences in IFIT1 expression (p<0.001) and IFN signature score (p<0.001) between SLE patients and controls that reflects meaningful effect sizes, the small sample size may restrict statistical power to detect smaller effect sizes and associations, particularly for less common clinical manifestations and subgroup analysis.
The confidence intervals consistently exclude the null value (RR = 1.0) and remain narrow, with all p-values highly significant ( p < 0.001).
In an explorative, not preregistered ANOVA including all 4 EXPECT score rating time points as factor levels (BL, preCOND, preT1, preT2), as well as medication and the interaction between medication and rating time points , we again observed no main effect of medication ( F (2,148) = 1.10, p = 0.34, η p 2 = 0.01), as well as no significant interaction effect ( F (6,444) = 0.24, p = 0.97, η p 2 < 0.01), but still a highly significant main effect of rating time point ( F (6,444) = 10.55, p < 0.001, η p 2 = 0.07).
ANOVA revealed highly significant differences ( p ≤ 0.001) between genotypes for all grain‐related traits in each environment (Table S2 ).
Furthermore, the PSQI score in the Hospice Care Group (5.68 ± 0.90) was significantly lower than that in the Routine Care Group (7.45 ± 1.19), reflecting a highly significant difference ( t = –8.714, P < 0.001), with a Cohen’s d of 1.043, which constitutes a large effect size, indicating that the treatment had a substantial and clinically meaningful impact on sleep quality ( Table 3 ).
RNA sequencing revealed a highly significant correlation of the transcriptomic profiles of the clinical tumor and the PDX ( r s = 0.916; P < 0.001; Fig. 1D ).
Consistent with other studies 36 , 37 , floral area was a highly significant predictor variable in the visitor abundance model ( P < 0.001).
Projected GLA values showed highly significant Pearson’s correlations ( p < 0.001) with fresh and dry biomass of wheat plants measured at the end of the experiment, r = 1 and r = 0.98, respectively, thus confirming the reliability of image-based shoot biomass assessment.
This highly significant difference ( P < 0.001) remained stable even after 3 patients with extremely high numbers of previous syncopal events were removed from the analysis.
The increased % of benzidine-positive cells compared with single administrations was always found to be statistically highly significant ( p < 0.001).
The analysis of variance displayed highly significant differences ( p < 0.001) among the derived mutants for all evaluated traits at levels ( p < 0.001), while the differences among the three replicates were nonsignificant ( p > 0.05) for all traits ( Table 4 ).
The co-transfection of miR-34a-5p and the positive control in HEK-293T cells led to a highly significant reduction of the relative light units (RLU) to 55.7% (p < 0.001) (Additional file 2 : Fig.
The level of statistical significance is reported in P -values: P < 0.05 was considered significant, P < 0.01 was considered highly significant and P < 0.001 was considered very highly significant.
The only state showing an increasing trend was Santa Catarina, where a significant rise was identified among females (APC 9.03; 95%CI 6.49; 11.64; p=0.001) ( Table 2 ).
The overall comparison of TLR2 values among the four groups was highly significant ( P < 0.001).
In contrast, comparing protein levels the difference was found to be highly significant, p <0.001.

The rats treated with Np-GSH showed slightly non-significant changes compared to those treated with AH and Hartmann solution ( p ≤ 0.001).
However, a significant difference was seen in the heart rate at 0 min (immediately after securing airway devices) in Group I (141.60 ± 14.61 bpm) and Group II (163.49 ± 12.65 bpm) that was highly significant (p≤0.001).
Results: Efficacy against Ef showed highly significant differences between groups ( p < 0.001) with lower median CFU/mL in G3 and G4 (Me = 0 [IQR (interquartile range) = 0]: low) and G5 (Me = 6000 [IQR = 45,000]: low/medium) versus negative controls (Me = 378,500 and 5,020,000 [IQR = 4,605,000 and 6,760,000]: medium/high; p ≤ 0.019).
For all the tests mentioned above, the level of significance was tested, expressed as the probability of ( p -value), and the results were explained as follows: non-significant if the p -value is > 0.05, significant if the p -value is ≤ 0.05, and highly significant if the p -value < 0.001.
All the structural coefficients were highly significant (P < 0.001).
Based on the calculated p-values, observed differences were interpreted as significant (* p < 0.05), very significant (** p < 0.01) or extremely significant (*** p < 0.001).
The PSCES of the five evaluators had highly significant correlation ( P < 0.001, r = 0.68 to 0.76) with the SDS.
However, a highly significant difference ( p < 0.001) was noted at a dose of 400 μM CoCl 2 .
